1.Introduction 3D Product Viewer Magento 2 extension allows store owners to display product pictures in the 3D view. It shows the exact visualization like a real product. Customers can check out the product by rotating it up, down, right, and left.
2. Extension Configuration Once you are done with downloading the extension file, go to the Magento backend and configure the extension. Check the below screenshot.
2.1 General Configuration The status functionality allows the admin to enable or disable the extension for their Magento 2 store.
3. 3D tab configuration Admin can add the product 3D image from the backend. For that, go to catalog > product, scroll down. Here tap on the 3D tab. Enter the name of your Image and click on the “Choose File” to select the file from your storage. Admin can upload a zip with glTF/GLB files. Click on the Upload button. Then, you can see the percentage when the file is being uploaded. Check out the following screenshot for the same.
Once the file is uploaded, you will see the message “File uploaded successfully” otherwise it will display “Invalid file type”. You can see the preview and delete option, once your file is uploaded. Check the below screenshot for a better understanding. If you get the error message, check the file type that you have uploaded.
3.1 Manage 3D Now, scroll down to manage 3D. You can enable or disable the 3D image from Manage 3D. When an admin doesn’t want to delete the 3D image but wants to disable it from the frontend, then he can set “No” to Allow 3D. Tap to Allow 3D to display the 3D image for a particular product.
