As you may know, D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s (DABSJ) important work is funded through gifts, grants, and events like David Samrick Golf for Kids. In 2022, the event raised a record-breaking $326,597 for the kids and families DABSJ supports!
As the oldest child welfare agency in West Michigan, DABSJ has been on the front lines of keeping kids safe and helping families flourish since 1887. DABSJ engages in this crucial community work by o ering Family Preservation and Behavioral Health Services, Foster Care and Adoption, and Residential Treatment – a full continuum of care for kids and families needing caring support.
One of DABSJ’s most important accomplishments over the past year was completing a new state-of-the-art headquarters, which consolidates all programs and services into one location. We are proud to have sponsored this new facility and look forward to everything DABSJ will be able to achieve over the coming decades.
The generosity of our friends and business partners has been a major contributor to the $3.7 million dollars that Mill Steel Company has donated to DABSJ since the inception of this event, and we can’t thank you enough.
