OKLAHOMA FFA HUNGER CHALLENGE Envision a state without hunger! 2021 IMPACT FFA Chapters Animals Donated Dollars Raised
FFA members are making a difference in our state to help those struggling with hunger. 100% of the proceeds from donated animals or cash donations are used to produce nutritious meat sticks that are so vitally important to the “Pork for Packs” program, a collaboration between the OKFB Foundation for Agriculture, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. It provides protein sticks for chronically hungry children in Oklahoma. The protein sticks are included in food-filled backpacks given to students to eat during weekends and holidays, when meals at school are not available.
