CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics, will retain its North American headquarters in the City of Norfolk, including approximately 655 current employees, and will grow its presence in the Commonwealth, resulting in the creation of more than 400 new jobs in Hampton Roads

Sykes Apartments

A public housing property that will be redeveloped for low-income seniors and disabled residents. The project includes updating units, adding community amenities, and building a Senior Community Center.

A project in the Park Place neighborhood that includes 37 one-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom apartments, and eight units with project-based rental assistance. The project’s target market includes teachers, police officers, and emergency service responders.
