As the year draws to a close, each of us feels the value of life in a special way.
The value of a sincere smile, a warm word, the support of colleagues, and the grateful gaze of a patient.
For me, this year is yet another confirmation that true success is born where there is faith, love, and a desire to do good for people.
My profession is an opportunity to give not only beauty, but also harmony, confidence, and self-belief.
Every person who crosses the threshold of the clinic is a new story, and I am happy to be part of positive changes in the lives of others.
May every day of the new year, 2026, be filled with light, warmth and peace, and may there always be a peaceful sky above our homes.
May faith live in our hearts that good will prevail, and may love and professionalism remain the best medicine for the world.
With best wishes for peace, faith and beauty —

— Mrs. Olha, what does your voice mean to you?
— For me, my voice is a great gift, a calling whose importance I understood even as a child. It is the language my soul speaks, a tool with which I can convey light, warmth and goodness to my incredible listeners! What’s more, my voice is a story, because each of my songs is a little life that makes up parts of that story.

How can we maintain harmony in times that seem like utter chaos? How can you avoid getting lost in everyday life, stay inspired, and even share that inspiration with others? Today, we discuss this with a wonderful singer whose voice always reminds us of the strength of the Ukrainian soul, the tenderness of a woman’s heart, and the healing power of art. With a person who has been part of the MILLENIUM CLUB community for many years — our adornment and inspiration. With a woman who embodies culture, class, and inner style — Mrs. Olha BARBEN.
— How do you feel when your voice, the voice of a Ukrainian woman, is heard on stages around the world?
— I feel great pride and inspiration from the awareness of belonging to the Ukrainian nation and culture. People of art usually bring goodness and love to the world. But we, Ukrainians, also give it pure energy, clear thoughts, and, most importantly, the spirit of freedom. So I am proud that I am part of Ukrainian art: I was, am, and will be!
— Which musical events or concerts this year were special for you?
— There were many such events during the year, but I would like to mention two. The first was ‘Hit of the Year — 2025,’ a 30th anniversary celebration held at the October Palace in Kyiv. I performed there, and this concert also happened to be on my birthday. The second event was a concert in Basel, at the University Children’s Hospital, where our children who were injured after the shelling of Okhmatdyt are being treated. This event was dedicated to the awarding of the Order of St. Panteleimon to doctors working with Ukrainian children. I was very proud and happy to sing for these incredible doctors, for volunteers, for people who take Ukrainian children in serious condition for treatment.
— Many listeners describe your voice as not only beautiful, but also healing. What is the secret of your emotionality and sincerity?
— It’s very simple! I have always known that my purpose is to bring goodness, love
From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB:
and light to the world and to people! In addition, my parents raised me wonderfully, showing me what true values in life are. And also, I believe in God, in the fact that nothing in the world happens by chance. So, the combination of these factors gives me the sincerity, emotionality and fulfilment that listeners immediately feel.
— What helps you maintain harmony, beauty and inner light?
— My faith in God, in meaning, in life and in people always helps me. I seek and create harmony within myself, as it should be. When you understand who you are and why you came into this world, then you live in harmony.
— What place does music occupy in your life now? What exactly inspires you on this path?
— Music is my life! The stage is my life. I know why I am in this world: I help people by transmitting light, goodness and love to them and tuning them into high positive vibrations. That is what inspires me greatly!
— What creative plans or dreams do you want to realise in the new year?
— My biggest dream is Ukraine’s victory! And then I plan to organise a big world music tour, in which I, together with other artists, will glorify our Ukraine and introduce its culture to a wider audience. I am planning many new songs, performances, music videos and projects. And I am sure that everything we dream of will definitely come true!
The editorial team would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mrs. Olha BARBEN for her inspiring, honest conversation and for the mission she carries out in the world. We wish her the fulfilment of all her plans and dreams and the continued opportunity to give people her incredible voice!

A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation».
The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance.

«As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko.
The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of

a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential.
In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances.
The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks.
Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,
which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play.
The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted
that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.
We thank everyone who joined us at the premiere, we are waiting for your comments on social networks and we are preparing for the new performance.
We are waiting for everyone!

From physician to teacher of consciousness. Her path is a fusion of rational science, subtle psychology, and profound spirituality. From a family medicine doctor to a teacher of consciousness, Natalia has undergone an evolution in which the core was not a profession but a calling: to help people remember who they truly are.

— Ms. Natalia, you have combined medicine, psychology, and spiritual development. How was this synergy born — the path from physician to teacher of consciousness?
— Medicine taught me to see the body, while psychology taught me to hear the soul. Even in my early years of practice, I noticed that symptoms are not enemies but signals. A person becomes ill not only for physical reasons, but also because somewhere deep inside, they cannot tell themselves the truth. When I worked with Doctors Without Borders, I witnessed pain that no pill could heal. That’s when I realized: true healing begins not with a tablet but with a dialogue with the subconscious. And so I gradually shifted from treating the body to working with the soul.
— You spent many years in international UNDP programs. How did this work shape your worldview?
— UNDP projects taught me to think on a grand scale. I understood that any systemic change begins with a single person — with their values, self-respect, and awareness of their own influence. We implemented educational programs for youth, spoke about responsibility,
“MY WORK IS NOT TO CHANGE PEOPLE, BUT TO HELP THEM REMEMBER WHO THEY ARE…”

dignity, and support. And I saw how the transformation of one person’s consciousness creates a ripple capable of changing entire communities. That is when I felt that my true calling was to work at this very level — with human consciousness.
— What does positive psychotherapy mean to you?
— It is a science of harmony. Positive psychotherapy teaches us to see not only the problem but also the resource behind it. Within every conflict, every pain, lies a seed of growth. My task is to help a person see it. We cannot change the past, but we can change our relationship to it — and that is where healing begins.
— Hypnotherapy often seems mystical to people. How do you explain its essence?
— Hypnosis is neither magic nor control. It is a state of focused attention in which consciousness steps aside and the subconscious begins to speak. There lie the answers we cannot hear in the noise of everyday life. The subconscious is not a dark zone — it is a deep mind that remembers who we are. Through hypnotherapy, I help a person reclaim their inner power, release fears and limiting beliefs, and find a path to harmony.

— You created the author’s programs “Energy of Scale” and “Sculpture of the Soul and Body.” What makes them unique?
— These programs are about unity. We cannot be truly happy if the body is exhausted while the soul is suppressed. Energy of Scale helps unlock the potential for action — to activate inner strength and feel that you are capable of more than you think. Sculpture of the Soul and Body is about the aesthetics of the inner world, balance, and lightness in both body and mind. Both programs share one core idea: by transforming yourself, you transform everything around you.
— Your message to our readers — women leaders striving for harmony between success and serenity.
— I always say: you don’t need to search for yourself — you need to remember yourself. When a woman meets her true self, she stops fighting and begins creating. Peace begins within — in our thoughts, our hearts, in choosing love over fear. And when there is light in a person’s soul, it will always find its way into the world.
FROM THE MILLENIUM CLUB EDITORS: TODAY’S WORLD NEEDS NOT ONLY PROFESSIONALS BUT ALSO PEOPLE WITH A SENSE OF MISSION — THOSE WHO HEAL NOT ONLY THE BODY BUT ALSO THE SOUL, WHO SPREAD THE LIGHT OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND FAITH. WE THANK MS. NATALIA FOR HER CALLING AND FOR THE INSPIRATION SHE BRINGS TO PEOPLE ACROSS THE GLOBE. WE WISH HER NEW DISCOVERIES AND AN EVER STRONGER BELIEF IN THE POWER OF LOVE — THE FUNDAMENTAL ENERGY OF LIFE. WITH GRATITUDE AND RESPECT, THE EDITORIAL TEAM OF THE INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE MILLENIUM CLUB

In a time of global upheaval, war, and forced migration, millions of Ukrainians are living through experiences that surpass individual coping resources. This is why today, more than ever, we need specialists capable of guiding a person from pain toward restoration. Yevheniia Kuznetsova — a psychologist, trauma therapist, psychosomatics specialist, and practitioner of metaphorical associative cards (MAC) — has spent more than 15 years working with crisis conditions, helping people regain stability, grounding, and inner strength. Her professional path took her through UNICEF’s center for Ukrainian refugees in Warsaw — the largest in Europe — where she worked daily with hundreds of nervous systems and thousands of human stories. It was there that her deeper understanding of how trauma transforms a person, and how it can be healed, was fully formed.

Ms. Yevheniia, you have been working with trauma, crises, and emotional burnout for more than 15 years. What inner calling led you into psychology? What experiences shaped your understanding of how to restore a person’s inner stability and resources?
At the UNICEF center in Warsaw, up to 8,000 Ukrainians lived at the same time, and nearly 50,000 passed through overall. I saw children who had stopped speaking, elderly people who no longer lifted their eyes, mothers holding a single photograph of their children, families without luggage, without plans, without solid ground beneath their feet. This was not theory — it was stark reality.
There I understood: trauma is not weakness, but a natural response of the psyche. And it can be approached in a way that restores the sense of life, inner stability, and the ability to move forward. You specialize in trauma therapy and psychosomatics — fields that require exceptional sensitivity and depth. What guiding principles shape your work? How do you help clients move gently and safely from pain to recovery?
There are no universal formulas in trauma therapy. But there are principles I always follow.
First — absolute safety and respect for personal boundaries.
Second — working through the body, because trauma imprints physically before it becomes conscious. Third — delicacy and depth: nothing is forced; we

move at the pace of the nervous system.
Fourth — individuality: no two stories ever repeat. My approach integrates body-oriented practices, psychosomatics, MAC cards, art therapy, memory work, and ancestral patterns. This allows clients to rebuild their self-worth, regain inner support, and restore emotional stability after crisis.
Forced migration, war, uncertainty — these events have reshaped the psychological state of thousands of Ukrainians. What issues do people most often bring to you today? And which tools are the most effective in working with trauma right now?
The most frequent requests are chronic exhaustion, anxiety, panic attacks, “survivor’s guilt,” grief, difficulties adapting abroad, sleep issues, and reduced concentration.
Effective treatment includes integrated methods: nervous system stabilization, body-based techniques, breathwork, memory processing, psychosomatics, and MAC cards.
The core goal is to restore a sense of control over one’s life. When a person regains the ability to act and make choices, trauma symptoms diminish. My mission is to help people rediscover meaning and the fullness of life.
In your practice, MAC cards are not just a tool but a method of reaching deep experiences that are difficult to express verbally. How do you integrate MAC into therapy, and why is this method so effective?
MAC cards allow us to bypass psychological defenses

and reach what has “frozen” inside after trauma. They work with subconscious associations, helping clients view their experience from the outside and gently unblock suppressed emotions.
Cards are selected individually — for stabilization, childhood trauma, acute trauma, crises, or loss. Each session is built around the client’s level of readiness, making therapy deeper, safer, and highly effective.
You are a member of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers. How does global professional experience influence your practice? What do you see as the future of trauma psychology for Ukrainians?
Collaboration with specialists from Israel, Germany, Poland, and the United States gave me an understanding of trauma as a complex system where the body, brain, nervous system, memory, and behavior interact. I integrate these insights daily.
I continue to study, explore cellular memory, ancestral patterns, and new tools.
The future of trauma therapy for Ukrainians lies in the development of body-oriented approaches, evidence-based methods, accessible psychological support, and the reduction of stigma. As a nation, we have experienced events that exceed individual resilience — long-term psychological support will remain essential for many years.
YOUR CALLING IS TO HELP PEOPLE REDISCOVER THE LIGHT WITHIN THEMSELVES — EVEN IN THE DARKEST TIMES.

не повторюється. Мій підхід поєднує тілесні практики,
— Good afternoon, Natalia, we are delighted to meet you again and continue this profound and important conversation. What was the internal impetus for creating the programme?
— I saw that traditional approaches focus only on behaviour, without touching on the underlying mechanisms — trauma, loss of inner support, impaired self-regulation. Many men had been going round in circles of relapse for years. I wanted to create a model that works not with the visible part of the iceberg, but with the entire system in which addiction is formed.
— What is the therapeutic foundation of the program based on?
— It integrates the Gestalt approach, trauma-oriented techniques, body work, and modern neuropsychology of addictions. The programme has a sequential structure: stabilisation, avoidance work, trauma processing, selfregulation development, and identity restoration. This logic creates a safe, predictable path in which the individual understands what is happening to them and why.
At a time when the issue of male addiction requires not just the correction of individual symptoms, but a profound, truly humane and scientifically based approach, Natalia CHERNIAVSKA offers a method that focuses on the integrity of the male experience. Her programme combines modern psychological concepts, practical therapeutic work and an understanding of the internal architecture of the personality, making it one of the most comprehensive models available today.
— What internal processes are key to starting recovery?
— Three processes: emotional awareness, forming new regulation skills, and returning to the feeling of “who am I.” These are what trigger an internal movement in which decisions become conscious rather than reactive.
— Which ‘tipping points’ are the most important?
— The first is encountering one’s own patterns: how tension builds up, where a man avoids it, where he loses control. The second is the experience of regulation, when he first feels that he can influence his condition. The third is the integration of trauma and the formation of inner support. Next is working with guidelines that provide direction and meaning.
— Which transformations most clearly demonstrate the power of the programme?

— How does the programme help overcome the barrier to seeking help?
— By creating a space where there are no judgements or pressure. There is structure, predictability, and respect for pace. The man sees that control is not being taken away — on the contrary, it is being returned. This breaks down the biggest barrier: the fear of admitting the need for support.
— What are the prospects for the programme’s development in 2026?
— Expansion to work with PTSD and behavioural addictions, creation of digital tools for daily self-regulation, training programmes for specialists. In the future — international adaptation of the model to make it accessible to a wider range of people.
— Increased emotional stability, reduced aggression and impulsiveness, improved contact with feelings. Men regain their ability to be intimate, build healthy boundaries, and regain self-respect. Physical condition improves noticeably — sleep, stress levels, sense of resources. The most valuable is the emergence of inner direction and understanding of what to move forward for.
Millennium sincerely thanks Natalia Cherniavska for her contribution, sensitivity and dedication to restoring men’s psychological health. From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB:

Halyna STRYZHACHUK is a volunteer, educator, social initiative organiser, and art therapist who has been supporting Ukrainian families abroad since the beginning of the war. She helps women and children integrate, find support, and restore their inner balance. Her path is a combination of humanitarian work, crisis management, and sincere empathy.
We spoke with Mrs. Halyna about inner guidance, women’s leadership, and the healing power of art. We are publishing the conversation in a question-and-answer format.
— Good afternoon, Halyna. We are delighted to meet you again. What is your inner compass and main focus today?
— The most important thing for me is what changes people’s lives here and now: social support for Ukrainians in Germany, helping families to integrate, and psychological stabilisation for women and children. When people lose their homes and are forced to build a new reality, they need support close at hand. My knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, management and logistics has come together to form a system that helps to support people. My compass is gratitude to those who continue to act despite the darkness.
— The war became a point of profound transformation. What was the most difficult thing?
— To accept the scale of responsibility that suddenly appeared. When you are evacuating women and children, organizing humanitarian cargo or solving crises in real time, it is no longer possible to return to your past self. But with this comes inner resilience. I saw that my knowledge is a tool for salvation, and every person I helped adds strength.
— How do you manage to avoid emotional burnout?
— Discipline and the ability to pause are the pillars of strength. Silence, prayer, and family rituals restore balance. Learning, new contacts, and development are also fulfilling. Children give the greatest strength — their adaptability and ability to
live in the present. It is especially inspiring when a person comes in despair and leaves with a light in their eyes.
— Your leadership was forged in crisis. What were the key moments?
— Those when immediate action was required: evacuations, logistics under fire, supporting people after losses. I was particularly affected by the stories of women who rescued children. Their courage became a guiding light for me. These experiences taught me to listen, coordinate and not be afraid of big tasks, while remaining human.
— What role does art play today?
— Art gives back a voice to those who have lost it. People need not only basic things, but also meaning. Art therapy, exhibitions, and charity auctions allow us to express what cannot be put into words. It is a space where people can rediscover their value and roots. Every creative project is an act of restoration.
— How do you see the future of women’s leadership and the “school of heroes”?
— I believe that after victory, female leadership will become a powerful force in Ukraine. Ukrainian women have gone through extraordinary trials and retained their warmth. My dream is to create a “school of heroes” where children will develop strength of character, spiritual values, and emotional resilience. These are the heroes of life who will know their dignity and responsibility.

At a time when war is changing the face of childhood, the voices of those who can see more than just vulnerability in teenagers are becoming particularly important. Fialkora Myndru shares her experience of working with neurodivergent children — an experience that combines sensitivity, science and new technologies.
— Good afternoon, Fialkora. We are delighted to meet you again and continue this important conversation. In your work, you provide a lot of support to neurodivergent teenagers who have experienced war. What are the most subtle difficulties you see?
— In neuro-diverse adolescents, war is layered on top of sensitivity and difficulties with regulation. What appears to be a “behavioural problem” is often the result of nervous system exhaustion, chronic hypervigilance, and loss of control. At the same time, they create their own “small survival systems”: rituals, creativity, and micro-strategies for self-regulation.
— Can AI be an effective tool in dealing with autism and ADHD in the context of war?
— Yes, if it is used subtly and ethically. Through visual images, teenagers can ‘see’ their own inner chaos and describe what they currently lack the words for: fear, overload, experiences of loss. It does not replace a therapist, but it creates additional support and predictability.
— Which tools proved to be most effective in your adaptation of techniques?
— A combination of body regulation, structured steps, graphic supports, controlled rituals, and pressure reduction works best. For PDA teens, a “soft

invitation” is important. I create visual therapeutic cards and AI stories that help build a narrative and give the child a sense of control.
— Why did your approach attract attention at the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit?
— Because it combines military experience, neurodiversity, and technology. We presented a model in which AI becomes a partner in creating a therapeutic space. The international community was interested in how Ukrainian children in wartime are helping to rethink adaptability.
— What advice would you give to parents and teachers?
— Be predictable, gentle, and attentive to the child’s nervous system. Allow for their own rhythm, pauses, and logic. AI can become a space where the child speaks in images, opening up opportunities for dialogue.
— How do you see the future of AI integration and psychological support for neurodivergent adolescents?
— Unique slutions are born in times o f war. The combination of AI, trauma therapy and neurodiversity provides an opportunity to develop an approach that can be useful worldwide. We are learning to support children in situations where there are no easy answers.

— Mrs. Liudmyla, welcome to our magazine. Please tell us how you began your personal journey towards inner balance and conscious living.
— Outwardly, everything is “right,” but inside, there is a lack of air. We play other people’s roles and lose touch with our true selves. Returning to yourself is a step through pain, when you hear your inner voice for the first time without masks and applause. It is the moment when you realise that true freedom begins with inner honesty. Gradually, you discover that you can allow yourself to feel emotions, listen to your desires, and not feel guilty for choosing your own path.
— How does a pause help restore contact with oneself after losing
Liudmyla KOVALCHUK, psychologist and psychotherapist, shares her experience on how to stay in touch with your true self without getting lost in other people’s expectations and roles. She shows how small daily steps, awareness, and self-care can help restore harmony, hear your inner voice, and feel life to the fullest.
— You need a gentle pause: to fall inward, where other people’s expectations have no effect. By recording the moments when we adapt to others, we can see patterns, understand where we lost ourselves, and regain control over our lives. Small steps in harmony with yourself restore autonomy and a sense of security. It’s like stopping at a crossroads and finally hearing your inner compass, which has long been silenced by the noise of other people’s expectations.
— Why is it important to be able to say ‘no’ in order to preserve our inner resources?
– “No” is an act of inner honesty and self-care. It allows you to preserve your mental space and values without dissolving into the needs of others. Refusal is not about loss, but about the freedom to breathe and be yourself. When we learn to say “no” with respect and love for ourselves, we create space for true intimacy, where others can be close without being absorbed. It is a skill that develops gradually and strengthens inner balance.
— How can one recognise and calm one’s inner critic?
— A critic is a former protector who took on the pain and fears of childhood. It
From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB:

is important to listen to its story with empathy, understand its fears, and create an inner ally. Criticism ceases to be a hindrance and becomes a backdrop for the development of a supportive voice. Observation, journaling, meditation, and mindfulness of one’s own thoughts help transform a harsh voice into a wise advisor who supports rather than punishes.
— What helps one discover one’s true self through the experience of loss?
— Pain is not an enemy, but a surgeon who dissects illusions. After experiencing loss, we reconnect with ourselves, find new depth and inner maturity. Small steps restore faith in ourselves and life, allowing us to feel lightness and presence in the world. Loss teaches us to appreciate the moment and notice things that previously went unnoticed. It opens up new resources and meanings that were not visible before.
— What daily practices can help us stay connected with ourselves?
— Morning pause, three deep breaths, gratitude diary, movement (dance, walk, yoga), a day without social media, formulating an intention for the day. Small actions bring you back to the present moment, restore your resources and inner harmony. They help you stay mindful of yourself, notice your needs and create a consistent practice of self-care. Every little thing, seemingly insignificant at first glance, forms the basis for daily strength and peace of mind.
The editorial team sincerely thanks Mrs. Liudmyla Kovalchuk, psychologist and psychotherapist, for her openness, sincerity, and wisdom that she shared. Your words inspire, empower, and help readers find their own path to themselves. Thank you for letting us into your world and showing us that inner freedom is a daily journey and small steps towards oneself.

In an industry where tradition often prevails over evidence, Nazarii FEDYNYSHYN demonstrates a completely different approach — modern, structured, and deeply respectful of animals as living systems. His methods combine scientific zoology, thoughtful practice, and accessible tools that can change the work of even the smallest farm. Fedynyshyn is setting new standards in Ukrainian rabbit breeding, where intuition is replaced by protocol, chaos by controlled biology, and random ‘successes’ by stable results. That is why his name has become a benchmark for farmers who want to work in a new way: responsibly, economically, and with long-term effects. His approach proves that real progress begins where attention to detail is prioritised.

At small farms, decisions are often made by inertia — according to the principle of “it was always done this way.” Zoologist Nazarii Fedynyshyn offers a different perspective: manage based on data, not habit. His approach is to view domestic rabbits as a production system with its own protocols for reproduction, feeding, and welfare.
Fedynyshyn starts with the basics: stable reproductive performance is not a coincidence, but the result of small, but regular steps. From adjusting the diet before mating to keeping a card for each female with simple indicators of her condition, every action matters. Particular emphasis is placed on stress control: reducing stress factors directly affects the survival of breed and feed conversion efficiency.
The second aspect is the economics of small-scale production. For small farms, a single mistake in pairing can cost weeks of productivity. That is why Fedynyshyn works with matrices: breeding goal (breeding or meat), temperament, pedigree, health history.

The third block is feeding. Instead of “miracle supplements,” Fedynyshyn breaks down the diet into components: proteins, fibre, and micronutrients. Special attention is paid to “bottlenecks” such as folates and trace elements during the recovery period after calving. The goal is to achieve balance for a specific phase, from preparation for mating to weaning of young animals.
Another feature of his style is precise, understandable language. He explains complex issues without unnecessary terminology: how to distinguish an anomaly from a statistical coincidence, why the ‘average female’ is a myth, and what to do when the growth curve of young animals ‘breaks down.’
Fedynyshyn’s professional profile is based not only on practice. His systematic approach is reinforced by analytics: from scientific articles to fundamental work on improving the reproductive efficiency of domestic
rabbits. For small farms, these materials are not theory, but readymade work organisation schemes.
Why is this important now? Ukrainian small-scale livestock farming is looking for models that combine accessibility, humanity and economic feasibility. Rabbit breeding is a segment where orderly processes quickly translate into results. The role of experts is to set high standards: to replace “traditional advice” with protocols and episodic successes with stability.
Nazarii Fedynyshyn’s practice shows that transformation does not require expensive equipment: clear rules, regular accounting, and attentive care for animals are sufficient. And the main result is not in presentations, but in daily predictability. When phase diets, calm calving, observation charts and control corrections of selection appear at the farm, chaos gives way to systematicity. For a zoologist, this is probably the highest praise — when it is not words that change, but results on the ground.
