INVOLVEMENT
Cincinnati Architecture Mentoring Camp | Board Member, Fall 2022 - Fall 2024
Board Member of the Cincinnati Architecture Mentoring Program, CAMP Organized and facilitated the Summer Camp a program that introduces minority students to the architecture profession. Currently serving on the CAMP, Mentoring, and Marketing committees. In addition, assisted in organizing Fall and Spring Mentoring sessions held during periods of the year during the academic school calendar. Performs tasks including coordination, presenting and teaching. Attends monthly meetings discussing CAMP policy and methods to improve CAMP and providing additional resources students navigating architecture.
Design LAB Committee Chair | Fall 2023 - Fall 2024
Member of the Design LAB committee. Design LAB is a program focusing on grades K-8 where design professionals and school teachers work with students to assist them on projects students submit in a competition against other students from local schools. Performs tasks that include coordinating learning curriculum with teachers, reviewing project scoring guideline. Additional tasks include assisting students through design challenges, iteration, and project developments.
