The design concept was derived from: rural, natural and home grown. The main inspiration of this rest house is the emotion of living in a rural area that livens the spirit after a week in the urban city.

The proposed project is composed of Commercial Places - with restaurants, cafe and offices, Villascomplete with the essentials for a weekend stay, and Hotel Building - designed to cater different volume of users.
Tons of ideas have been poured throughout the design phase of the project. Started off with a simple commercial + villa & resort accomodation to a full commercial + hotel & resort. Each of these spaces are designed to fully meet the clients’ concepts and requests.

As the project progresses, proposals have also been revised a couple of times leading to the phasing of the project. The proposed commercial building, fronting the site, will cater retail stores, offices of the clients, cafe, spa, driving range, gym, and a resort at the roof deck.

The study generally aims to provide an architectural documentation and comprehensive analysis of the heritage houses from Gapan City, Nueva Ecija with Spanish-Colonial influence manifested in its architecture.
Gapan, Nueva Ecija
The revival of the awareness to the heritage preservation is applied as concept to this study. It encourages students to look back on our heritage houses and try to understand the past architecture style we had.
