-ABSTRACT-
Co-living-Concept and rental theory is a type of housing that incorporates private living spaces with shared communal facilities, the latest mantra within the sense of alternative asset groups. The idea of co-living is to create a community-centered environment around ‘real socializing’ in a world where social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, are the virtual alternatives for socializing for millennials. India is one of the countries with the highest millennial population currently accounting for 440 million and 50 percent of migrants are below 25 which are the millennial population.
