This project consists of a sophisticated single-family home located in the Tumbaco Valley, Ecuador, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a couple and their two children. The project required a spacious social area for gatherings and events, with a distinct separation from the private living spaces. To achieve this, an interior courtyard was incorporated as a central element, clearly dividing and defining the two areas.
One of the main challenges of the project was the site's location on a mountainside. The topographic planning had to be precise to minimize the size of the retaining walls, all while adhering to regulatory codes and fulfilling the client's request for a single-story home that maximizes the surrounding views.

This project consists of a stunning single-family home located in the Tumbaco Valley, Ecuador, meticulously designed for a single mother and her two older children. The project centers around the kitchen, as the mother is a pastry chef who required a spacious and functional area for her daily activities. The kitchen features modern amenities and ample counter space, ensuring she can easily prepare her baked goods.
In addition to the kitchen, the home is designed to provide maximum comfort and functionality for the family. It includes a generous living room and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The layout of the bedrooms allows each family member to enjoy their private space for relaxation and rest.
The exterior of the house is equally impressive, featuring a beautiful garden and a patio that offers the perfect setting for gatherings and outdoor activities. The design follows a modern countryside style, in line with the client's preferences.

This was a project that involved the transformation of an old house with awkward spaces and enclosed common areas into an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The renovation also encompassed the remodeling of the bathrooms and the overall finishing of the home.
The project began with a comprehensive assessment of the existing structure to identify areas in need of restoration. A primary focus of the renovation was the removal of an awkwardly shaped sitting area, which was re purposed into a corridor, allowing for the expansion of the adjacent bedrooms. The previously closed common areas were reconfigured into a fluid open space that integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas by removing the walls that separated them, thereby creating a spacious openplan layout.
The bathrooms were modernized to enhance their aesthetic appeal, with the restoration team replacing outdated fixtures and incorporating contemporary cabinetry to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience.
To ensure a fresh and modern look throughout the entire house, the finishing touches were renewed, and new lighting fixtures were installed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Lomalta multi-residential building is a modern and elegant structure featuring nine levels of residential apartments and three levels of underground parking. Strategically located in a commercial area but away from heavy traffic, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality.
The project includes two levels with two one-bedroom apartments, ideal for individuals or couples seeking a cozy, intimate space. In addition, four levels are dedicated to single-floor apartments, each occupying an entire level and offering three bedrooms, making them perfect for families or groups of friends looking for spacious living and privacy.
The primary design challenge was to maximize the available occupancy space within the lot while adhering to regulations, resulting in a contemporary urban facade. The design team successfully created comfortable, well-designed spaces, taking advantage of natural light through large windows that offer stunning views of the city.
