We specialize in piping systems and facility infrastructure including plumbing, HVAC, medical gases, and utilities. We have been a licensed mechanical contractor in Florida since 2002 and began full time operations in the Tampa Bay area in 2007.

MIELKE is a $50M+ mechanical contractor with just under 200-team members in 3offices. We have installed plumbing systems in all types of facilities and specialize in the heavy commercial, industrial, institutional, and large multifamily construction markets. We self-perform all aspects of plumbing work from underground through fixture setting.

MIELKE has internal safety experts on staff including an OSHA Master Trainer. In addition, we engage third party safety professionals for additional expertise and outside audits of our operations.

MIELKE Foundation supports friends and family members of our employees, clients and vendors who may be in need as well as supporting children’s causes in the communities.Our annual charity fishing tournament has raised more than $1,000,000 with 100% of the proceeds donated to organizations supporting children’s causes. Our senior leadership serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Heart Gallery Tampa, volunteer in the Guardian Ad Litem program and participate in local charity event committees.
