Annual Dues $165 What benefits do I get? • Stay at any of the RPI RV resorts for as little as $10 per night. • RPI Preferred Resorts - no 125 air mile rule. 50% discounts on rental accommodations with a seven (7) night minimum stay. • RPI Condominiums - Your RPI membership offers the opportunity to vacation in Hawaii, Colorado, California, Mexico and other popular resort destinations in condominium resort facilities at discounted rental rates; typically 10% to 30% off their published rack rate. Condos range from studios to one and two bedroom units. • Enjoy America - a network of independently owned quality public campgrounds that offer RPI Preferred members 50% discounts. • Family Pass - RPI Preferred Gold members are able to provide their family and friends’ access to RPI Preferred Gold resorts for $15 a night. There are 5 different levels of membership for Hart Ranch all designed to suit your specific vacationing style! The P membership Full use of all recreational facilities; use of one RV site and one rental of any cabin, or two RV sites. Includes associate and guest night privileges. The A membership Full use of all recreational facilities; use of one RV site and one rental right to Colt or Colt II cabins. Includes associate and guest night privileges. The B membership Full use of all recreational facilities; use of one RV site; or two RV sites. Includes associate and guest night privileges. The 2W membership Full use of all recreational facilities; Allows 14 consecutive nights out of a 30 day period, use of one RV site or rental rights to the Colt or Colt II cabins during peak season. The FT membership Full use of all recreational facilities; allows 7

consecutive nights on an RV site per season ( Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend). Subject to Sturgis Blackout. To become a lifetime member of Hart Ranch you pay an initial fee depending on the type of membership, then there are yearly maintenance fees. These fees are what the park operates on each year. Membership is ideal for people who return to the Black Hills to enjoy the many amenities! The park is open year round, even featuring limited services during the "off-season"! All reservations are based on a space available basis. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS: Associate members share the same usage rights at Hart Ranch as the parent member's category;
