Partner Marketing Program 2023 – 2024 Our goal at MWF&L is to help our suppliers find and tap into new energy for their brands, and our business.

About the Program

The Midwest Foods & Liquor Partner Marketing Program has been designed to provide selected partners with a platform to build and enhance successful and mutually-beneficial relationships between us, our suppliers and our customers. The program offers tailored packages which incorporate several benefits to your business, the core aim being to increase branding, grow sales and market share.

Foodservice Liquor

The Partner Marketing Program targets over 1000 Midwest Foods & Liquor foodservice customers across the Central West of NSW. From pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, catering companies, to health & aged care facilities. We offer our customers the highest level of customer service, product range, education, training and ongoing support to make their business a success.

This program is your opportunity to tap into this market through our targeted marketing campaigns and gain access to our trusted and experienced sales team – broadening your sales reach and market share.

The Partner Marketing Program targets over 200 Midwest Foods & Liquor liquor customers across the Central West of NSW. From pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, to licensed events and festivals, we offer our customers the highest level of customer service, product range, education and training and ongoing support to make their business a success.

This program is your opportunity to tap into this market through our targeted marketing campaigns and gain access to our trusted and experienced sales team – broadening your sales reach and market share.

Customer Service Campaigns

• Our Customer Service Campaigns are designed to increase sales and market-share for our suppliers and offer our customers promotions that will help them grow their business.

• Now running in its tenth year, this program has proven to be an effective way to grow business. Previous campaigns have grown some products by over 800%.

• Our Customer Service Campaigns comprise of five strategies:

• Back of Invoice for two week (see Back of Invoice section for inclusions).

• Development of a script for the MWF&L Customer Service team.

• An incentivised Customer Service team dedicated to promoting your product or offer to every inbound and outbound call to our customers, encouraging them to participate in the offer.

• A customised email sent to our customer-base highlighting your products and offers a week prior to the campaign.

• SMS alert with a unique link directing our customers to the offer(s).

• Includes $100 Customer Service Team incentive

Investment: $945

Back Of Invoice

• Back of invoice promotions are a proven way to drive awareness and sales of your new product line or highlight an existing range

• Each week Midwest Foods & Liquor delivers approx. 4000 invoices directly into the hands of end users.

• This is the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of new products or inform end users of upcoming promotional activities.

• You can provide the artwork or have our in-house marketing department create the artwork on your behalf.

• Invoices are a powerful tool for promoting your products as they are guaranteed to be read by the end-user and unlikely to be thrown away.

• In addition, the flyer is sent electronically to our email database and uploaded to our new Online Ordering website and app – capturing customers as they purchase products online.

Investment: $545 - cost of impression $0.14

Custom eDM Campaign

• Promote your products and drive sales with our custom designed emails (eDM)

• Each eDM is sent directly to our customer database with a unique call to action to monitor the success of each campaign

• This is also the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of new products or inform end users of upcoming promotional activities.

Investment: $345 - cost of impression $0.06c

Monthly Specials Brochure

• Each month we distribute by email, post, and hand-deliver over 600 brochures, giving you an opportunity to highlight your products that are in the Countrywide Rewards Program.

• The front cover of the 8-page brochure, the most sought-after marketing position for our suppliers, coupled with promotional pricing is an inexpensive way to deliver increased volume.

• The front cover comprises of 1 x Primary & 3 x Secondary positions. All four positions can be purchased individually or as a package.

• In addition, this brochure is sent electronically to our email database and uploaded to our Online Ordering website and app – capturing customers as they purchase products online

Monthly Specials Brochure - Inserts

• In addition to the monthly front-page product placements, we also offer our suppliers the opportunity to provide an A4 flyer to be included as in insert in the brochure (hard & soft copies)

• This is an ideal option for new products and special monthly offers

• Supplier artwork can be supplied, or developed by the Midwest Foods & Liquor Marketing Dept.

• Limited to two (2) flyers per issue

• Be front and centre of our sought-after Yearly Wall Planners!

• Our customers rely on these planners to schedule staff rosters, holidays and important events

• Distributed to over 600 select customers, these planners are a great way to gain recognition for your brand

• Large A0 format, printed on heavy 400gsm card stock

• Limited to four (4) logos only

Investment: $745

Hand Picked - Liquor

• Hand Picked is a catalogue of carefully selected wines that we take to market to educate our customers and help them with the decision-making process of what wines to range on their wine list.

• Updated seasonally (Summer, Autumn, Winter & Spring), this program has been proven to not only increase our customers business, but also promote the wine label, drive higher volumes, and strengthen relationships with us and our suppliers.

• Hand Picked is the perfect platform to get your wine into the hands of the customer, and work with a wholesaler focused on growing your label and building a long-term partnership.

• As part of this program, we also offer our customers marketing services to deliver printed wine lists for their venues – ensuring our program wines will be included in their portfolio of wines

• This program is limited to 100 wines per issue.

Investment: $65 per wine per season

Product of the Week – Retail

• Extend your reach to our retail customers with this hands-on program. Aimed to launch new products or drive more sales of existing lines. This program will provide you with:

• Social media coverage – your product(s) will be promoted throughout the week on our Facebook page, reaching thousands of followers

• In-store tastings – we will run two in-store tastings for customers to sample in store. These will also be promoted through our social media channels*

• Competitions – we will run online and in-store competitions to drive sales and brand awareness

Investment: $95 per product per week

Fortnightly Specials - Retail

• Each fortnight, the Midwest Foods & Liquor Market develops a weekly specials flyer for our retail store.

• Our weekly specials are posted on our social media platforms targeting our retail customers across the central west.

• In addition, these specials are sent electronically to our email database and uploaded to our Online Ordering website and app – capturing customers as they purchase products online.

Investment: $145 per product / per year.
