Guardian Angels Stretching Exercises

Stretching Of those people who do exercise, the most avoided task is stretching. Many people simply do not have the patience or pain tolerance for stretching. Unfortunately, failing to stretch and warm up are some of the leading causes for exercise injuries. When your muscles are tight and you put yourself in an awkward position and apply force, you will strain, sprain, or tear ligaments and muscles. Exercising is a life-long commitment; however, once you suffer a serious injury, exercise may become both difficult and painful. Stretching is absolutely mandatory before engaging in Guardian Angels exercises. Always make sure you are warmed up before stretching. Do not bounce. Do not go too easy or too hard. You should feel constant, yet bearable pain. Count to twenty for each stretch. Do not cheat.

Leg and Back Stretches Stretches your thighs (Quadriceps)

Stretches your hamstrings, back of the thighs (Biceps femoris), and back. You may use a partner to put constant pressure down on your shoulder.
