STRESSED OUT Whether it is caused by work pressure, financial worries, or relationship problems, we all experience stress that gives rise to sleep problems and raises the risk of depression. Defined by the National Institute of Mental Health as the “brain’s response to any demand,” stress can help spur us to positive action.
