OGDEN POLICE REPORT

Monday, April 21 7:41 a.m.: Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle. 12:44 p.m.: Officer received a complaint of a neighbor dispute at 620 W. Walnut St. The officer spoke with all parties involved and advised them to leave each other alone. 3:04 p.m.: Officer was asked to check on the welfare of an Ogden resident. The subject was fine. 6:11 p.m.: Officer removed an item from the roadway at S. 1st and Veterans Dr. 8:32 p.m.: Officer received a report of a reckless driver that was eastbound on Walnut St. and continued out of town on 216 th. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle. Tuesday, April 22 12:08 p.m.: Officer responded to Howe Elementary School for a child that was out of control. 6:00 p.m.: Officer assisted subject with trying to gain access to her

residence. Wednesday, April 23 11:25 a.m.: Officer responded to an incomplete 911 call. The resident denied making the call, so there must be a problem with phone. 3:35 p.m.: Officer was asked to return a phone call to subject in regards to gaining access into a property that she owns. 5:06 p.m.: Officer received a complaint of a hitchhiker that was eastbound on 220th St. and was under the H Ave. bridge. The subject had gotten a ride before officer arrived. 7:50 p.m.: Officer responded to an incomplete 911 call. The resident said she didn’t make the call, so there must be a problem with the phone. Thursday, April 24 5:45 a.m.: Officer assisted Ogden First Responders and Boone County Ambulance. 5:20 p.m.: Officer spoke with

homeowner about securing doors of a refrigerator sitting outside of residence or taking the doors off. 6:00 p.m.: Officer responded to a reported domestic situation at 1st and Walnut St. This was a verbal argument only and no charges were filed. 6:10 p.m.: Officer received a report of a possible intoxicated driver westbound on 216th from Boone. The officer located the vehicle in the 600 block of E. Walnut. The driver was not intoxicated. 8:20 p.m.: Officer received a report of juveniles riding on top of vehicle. The officer was unable to locate anyone near the cemetery. Friday, April 25 3:45 p.m.: Officer received a report of some speeding vehicles in the 300 block of S.E. 4th St. 5:36 p.m.: Officer received a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Highway 30. Officer located the driver and he was okay.

10:25 p.m.: Officer investigated a possible intoxicated driver on 216th Dr. Driver was okay. Saturday, April 26 2:34 p.m.: Officer investigated burglary of a garage at 431 E. Sycamore St. 5:05 p.m.: Officer investigated a parking complaint at the Ogden High School. 5:20 p.m.: Officer removed a road hazard at S. 1st and Division St. 10:50 p.m.: Officer received a complaint of a careless driver in the 400 block of S.E. 4th St. Sunday, April 27 12:40 a.m.: Officer removed a road hazard in the 500 block of N. 1st St. 12:43 a.m.: Officer received a complaint of a careless driver on Highway 30. Officer located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. 9:51 a.m.: Officer received a complaint of a loose dog in the 200

block of S.W. 7th St. PSA: We took back 29 pounds of old medication during our take back event. These charges are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
