Collaborate with client leadership teams, Performance Consultants, and SMEs to develop interactive, engaging content. Recommend course design, instructional delivery options, and assessment strategies. Host Train-theTrainer sessions for internal and external subject matter experts. Work closely with center managers, training delivery teams, and strategic partners to ensure consistent implementation and delivery of new and existing course content. Guide peers in expanding their design tool knowledge and maintain multiple curriculum databases.

Delivered IT, CE, and team development course content to management and non-management employees, directed coordinated, and evaluated Sr. Training Manager activities, and played a key role in contingency planning as an Assurance Manager and Project Lead. Overview

App navigation simulation that starts out with six live-action videos and an arrow to begin. The simulation enables complete exploration of the app, with the aim of visiting specific areas of interest. Each time the learner reaches a goal, they receive a checkmark to indicate completion of that area. Ultimately, they will learn how to resolve specific issues that customers encounter while using the app.
