Words of Appreciation: I would just like to thank the program for allowing me to grow and develop my confidence and character, because without the opportunities I was given, I would still be waiting fearfully in the wings.

Advice for Underclassmen: Music is like a knight who fights for his own freedom. Instruments Played: Clarinet in Middle School and Saxophone in High School and I play acoustic guitar at home in my free time Leadership Positions in Band: Colorguard co-‐captian Years in Concert Band: 4 Music Related Activities: Play for my church Total Years in Marching Band: 2 Years in Colorguard: 2 Years in Pep Band: 4 Additional Activities & Clubs: I have been involved in around 15 musicals in my life time (and counting!) Favorite Quotes: "Happiness is a choice" -‐ Shay Carl Best Moment in Marching Band or Colorguard: The best moment has to be before we went on for a competition, Sully and Laurie gave us all identical necklaces. The necklaces gave all of us a bond I have never had with any other group of people and I am eternally grateful for that. Advice for Underclassmen: Whenever you are down, just remember we won the Dinkles Award! Work & College Plans: Stockton University Majoring in Communications and focusing in Media Production Words of Appreciation: I would like to thank the entire colorguard for the amazing and outstanding effort and passion they all put out. Before the season, Emma and I believed it would just be us two running around the field like maniacs. I am very grateful to have performed with such an incredible group of people who I am proud to call my second family.

Favorite Quotes: "Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light" Best Moment in Marching Band or Colorguard: Throwing sour patch kids at Dallas during practice and having life talks with Julia every practice. Advice for Underclassmen: Make as many memories as you can, you're only in high school once. Work & College Plans: I'm going to ACCC for two years and study nursing and then transfer to Stockton to become an oncology nurse Words of Appreciation: I'd like to thank Mr. White and the staff for making my last year in band one to remember and to the amazing band moms that do everything for the band, without them, this program wouldn't even exist right now.

Instruments Played: Flute, Piccolo Leadership Positions in Band: Drum Major Years in Concert Band: 4 Music Related Activities: Marching band, the Spring Musical, Total Years in Marching Band: 5 Years in Pep Band: 5 Additional Activities & Clubs: The Spring Musical, Track and Field Favorite Quotes: "Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring" (Marylin Monroe) Best Moment in Marching Band or Colorguard: The best moments in band were obviously carrying out the flute tradition at each competition. Performing our dances right before we walk on the field is definitely something that I will always remember. Advice for Underclassmen: Just do what makes you happy; if it doesn't make you happy, it's a waste of time. Work & College Plans: I plan to go to Rutgers School of Nursing and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. Words of Appreciation: I'd like to thank my mother for always pushing me to be the best that I can be in everything that I do. And I'd also like to thank the wonderful people that I've met in band over the years, having them in my life shaped me into the person that I am today.

Total Years in Marching Band: 3 Years in Jazz Band: 4 Years in Pep Band: 4 Favorite Quotes: It was a cold and rainy night in 1887~ Me, Brick get off me ~ Jeff Martin , You had me afraid we’d lose a default competition~ Eric Wendt , Are we in Ohio yet?~ Band Trip 2012... and various others there are to many to just pick one, to be honest a majority of band memories are based on quotes. Best Moment in Marching Band or Colorguard: The fondest memories I have of band were the bus rides. Within the moments I’ve spent on a bus for the past four years I have enough stories to tell for a lifetime. Bus rides were a time to party and laugh and a place to reflect upon life and its mysteries when the sun went down. You'd think there’s only so much you can do on a bus but in band we found a plethora of ways to spend our time on our drives to and from various competitions and trips. Advice for Underclassmen: We are all a family in band be sure to continue this family and share the love. Work & College Plans: Rowan University, going for Secondary Education within History Words of Appreciation: I would like to thank the Hammonton High School Band program for making me the man and musician I am today.
