Ruang Tamu Prioritas

On November 16, 2020, iLOTTE, which is an e-commerce site created by the Salim Group and Lotte Group, announced its rebranding to iStyle. This change was made to adapt to the changes in the situation and conditions of social behavior of the community by sharpening the company's strategy in providing lifestyle products that are more diverse and trendy. In addition to providing a more home shopping experience, fresh, advanced features, and more complete, iStyle also has a new campaign tagline #BeraniBaru. Of course this project will become very interesting and there will be a new and significant look/concept change, more stylish, given the changes in terms of company branding, location, as well as part of the behavior of activities in the office simultaneously so that it can support design for this project

Using a cheerful colors that are fun, want to make the shopping experience even more enjoyable with Laneige, like in Fantasy Land.

The area on the right is a place to put the latest products and best sellers. In the middle there is a conveyor that is used as a product display. On the 2nd floor there is an area for consultation with a beauty doctor who will be given recommendations on what Laneige products are suitable for use by the consumer with the condition of their skin problems.

Sense of Comfort Home for The Optimistic Future Parents

In Indonesia, around 10-15% of couples have problems with fertility. Considering that Indonesia has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is literate about technological advances, especially in the medical field, IVF technology has also been implemented in Indonesia as a high-quality health product that has a positive impact on society, especially married couples who yearn for the presence of a baby. The success of IVF fertilization reaches 80% and the chance of pregnancy reaches 20-30%, but if psychologically disturbed (eg stress), the success drops to 19%. This design aims to provide new ideas regarding unconventional clinical concepts with the comfort of a home for hopeful future parents by presenting a one-stop solution design in terms of fulfilling a completely healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally, as well as introducing Morula IVF. to the international realm.

The Client Service Room is the first room visited by prospective patients before carrying out procedures at the Morula IVF fertility clinic. The position of padded wall is installed horizontally to give the effect of a wider room because the Client Service area is not too large. The seating arrangement is made like a living room at home with the hope that when patients consult with the clinic, they can feel more comfortable as if they were chatting with their family members. The use of a sofa with a wider seat can make patients feel more comfortable and relaxed.

After conducting the first consultation regarding the program, if the client agrees to take part in one of the programs offered by the fertility clinic, the prospective patient will be referred to take a blood sample next to Client Service. The ambiance that we want to build is like a backyard in a villa in Bali to reduce the fear of patients. Choosing ottoman furniture with a flat seat makes it easier for nurses to take blood. Behind him, there is a table lamp that is made parallel to the patient's shoulder height when sitting so that the patient can relax more with the warm white lighting behind him. Given an ornament/artwork by a Balinese artist as a statement from the Bali branch of the fertility clinic and can be one of the objects to draw a patient's focus during blood sampling.

The atmosphere that you want to build in the Consultation Room is an unconventional atmosphere that applies the concept of a dining room to a residence as a place for consultation between doctors and patients. The consultation position with a round table will give the patient a more homey and comfortable impression so that the conversation will be more calming

Pavilion AZ

Location : Ancol, Jakarta

Project Type : Residential

On the rooftop of Forest House, there is one small unused pavilion. The interior needs to be redesigned according to the needs without changing the facade of the existing pavilion. This main pavilion will be used by guests, colleagues, clients from abroad, friends, and even families who want to stay overnight. The client wants to make additional pavilions to the left and right of the main pavilion. The red line is the new pavilion plan, the blue line is the existing main pavilion.

From the results of meetings and interviews with clients, information was obtained that the client wanted to redesign the interior of the main pavilion. The client also wants to add buildings to the left and right in the form of a pavilion. The outdoor area on the right is made an outdoor lounge for relaxing, chatting, and there needs to be a dining table for eating outside or it can also be used for casual meetings with guests. Need a canopy also for sun shade. The left outdoor area is filled with various kinds of herbs and fruits that will be planted directly by the client. There needs to be an outdoor shower as well which will be used by guests because in the bathroom there is only a sink and toilet.
