FLOUR Our two Italian flour brands are Caputo and Grand Molini Italiani. Caputo are an authentic Italian food company in their third generation of leadership, who are ideally located in the Campania region of Italy.

Exclusive to Musgrave MarketPlace, we are also stocking Grand Molini Italiani. They have been operating as a family business since the 1830's. GMI award-winning chef Davide d'Auria has demonstrated the quality of these flours already to customers with overwhelmingly positive responses.
