Michael Presley (Attorney)

Since graduating from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 1980, and subsequently becoming a member of the Florida Bar Association, Michael Presley has practiced as an attorney in good standing in Wellington, Florida. He is licensed to appear before the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Florida, the Federal District Court of the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Michael Presley’s areas of expertise as an attorney include defending physicians against medical malpractice suits and advising clients on the intricacies of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He also assists clients in the sale of private practices and the consolidation of private practices into managed service organizations (MSOs). Since 2014, Mr. Presley has served as the chief executive officer and chief risk officer of United MSO of America, LLC.
