Omniplan, Dallas TX Led productions teams for Architecture and Interior Design scopes for new 1.1 million square feet Texas headquarters for Liberty Mutual. Received and evaluated engineering estimates, prepared and executed consultant agreements adhering to budgetary demands. Tracked the project progress and quality of deliverables along with managing a team 35+ architects and engineers accordingly to achieve project objectives. Perkins + Will, Dallas TX Administered the exterior design teams of designers and architects across Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas and San Antonio for $850 million hospital project in San Antonio. Led the design and production teams for a major Dallas headquarters for The Richards Group. Established key milestone relative to area of control and provided vital deadline management for the multi-phased nature of the “hyper-tracked” delivery of the project. Directed all quality control for developmental and final documentation produced on the shell/core addition and its integration with the existing campus components.

Managed design and production coordination efforts with all consultants, including the Architect of Record in Korea. Administered the office effort for project detailing standards.
