BiMBA Full-time MBA 2010 Class Placement Report

BiMBA Career Development Department (CDD) conducted a survey of placement in the Full-time MBA 2010 three months after graduation by the end of May, 2012. Through the statistics, some key findings show the trends of employment between 2011 and 2012. 1. Start-up: up to 26% of graduates are self-employed to set up their own businesses directly after MBA

education and several years of business experience.

2. Industry: top five - Finance/Investment, IT/Telecom, Manufacturing, Media, Consulting. 3. Function: top three - Marketing/Sales, Business Development, Financial Services. 4. International students’job location: 75% of international students choose to stay and develop in China,

instead of going back to their home countries, which turns out to be a great change compared with

the previous classes.

5. Career change (Industry and/or function): up to 74% of graduates change industries and/or functions.
