PREAMBLE Pete Paquette is one of Canada’s top ranked Elvis Tribute Artists. He has also claimed numerous titles across Canada and the United States including 2-time Collingwood Elvis Festival Grand Champion, Toronto Elvis Festival Grand Champion, Best Performer at the Las Vegas Elvis Festival, and ranked one of top 10 Tribute Artists in the world. In 2010, Pete retired from the competition world and started his own company, Paquette Productions. Under this company, Pete brought his portrayal of Elvis to a new level, self-producing his show, “Elvis – The Moments.”

This must see show covers the musical career of one of the most celebrated entertainers, from early Rock n’ Roll to the Vegas Years. An authentic and energetic show, showcasing the King's early years of the 1950’s, to the army, movies, ’68 comeback and the memorable Vegas years. While the primary audience is the baby boomer generation, Paquette Productions is shifting towards attracting a younger audience. Thus, Elvis – The Moments is a show for all ages and fuses old with new by including a variety of sounds and visuals that will excite young children and elderly individuals.

A yearly revenue goal for Paquette Productions is approximately $100,000 and the company is looking to market 2014 shows to the masses, both in Ontario and in British Columbia. This includes generating excitement around Pete’s upcoming performances and highlighting the show itself through posters, newspaper and web advertisements, commercials and radio spots. In addition, Paquette Productions wants to become a production company and expand with a variety of shows. Thus, the company will benefit from a branding package including a logo, business card, letterhead and envelop design, assisting the company in its business side. To match Pete’s charisma, energy, moves and voice, an innovative and just as exciting marketing campaign and branding package is essential.

The page will be interactive and viewers will be able to click on each stop along the route to view more information about that particular place. The bottom left design is similar; however, it has been redesigned to accomodate a smaller banner space. COMPANY POLICIES LEGAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT All the rights of the deliberables and branding artwork Michael Tsirakis (D&D Creative) has created and designed for the client belong to the client. Michael Tsirakis (D&D Creative) does not hold any rights to the deliverables and branding designs created for the client.

TIMELINES 1. The general delivery time line for the first initial concepts is 1-4 business days.

2. Every following change will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

3. The client and Michael Tsirakis (D&D Creative) agreed on only one sign off when an initial concept has been picked, second sign off is when its been approved and a third sign off is when the final design has been improved.

PRICES & SERVICES Michael Tsirakis (D&D Creative) may make changes to the information provided in this proposal, i.e. publications, prices, technical information, radio changes and offerings at any time. The client will be notified of the changes as they occur.

FINAL APPROVALS Once the client gives a final approval on the designs, they may only request another change(s) at an additional charge ($10-40).

Upon the final approval of a the deliverables and branding materials, Michael Tsirakis (D&D Creative) will require up to 1-2 business days to put together all of the files.

REFUNDS An administration fee of 2.5% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded. Refunds are transferred back to credit card or sent by cheque.

Discussion with Pete Paquette Line of business: entertainment company: Conclude that this prototype can be remodeled to fit other kinds of events, based on one thing (an Elvis show) Target Audience: The baby boomer generation is the primary audience, but they are trying to attract a younger audience, so the target audience is shifting…fusing old with new…a show for all ages (a mixture of old and new)…an old idea and identity with today’s modern design and aesthetics, and modern marketing designs Revenue: it could hit $250,000 (depends how you do it…through the number of shows and a variety of different shows).
