Free Home Design Consultation We provide free initial consultation about home designing and other important aspects. Following are the points which we cover:

Site analysis Funds Management 3D models

Pre DA Meeting We work to obtain council approvals. Our Services include : To organize and attend pre DA meeting with council.

Submission of sketch plans and site analysis report.

To make any required changes to design as per the client.

Meeting with Hydraulic engineer to discuss storm water design.

To discuss hard surface area requirements with landscape engineer and hydraulic engineer.

Council DA submission Review of all preliminary designs.

Prepare and Submit Working Drawings Once our team has reviewed all the work drawings, we submit these drawings to the council.

Liaise With Council and Prepare Specifications Getting approvals from the council could be a lengthy process. To avoid any delay we need to follow certain steps:

Submit DA application and related materials to Council.

Take follow up of the building section, engineers and landscape division in taking care of neighbour complaints, hydraulic design and landscape design respectively.

Frequent meetings with council in relation to the DA application.

To resolve the issues raised by the council and make the necessary amendments to the plan.
