El MICFootball 2025 cuenta con un padrino de lujo.
Dani Olmó jugó tres ediciones del torneo (2010, 2012 y 2014) y este año ha ejercido de padrino. De jugador a embajador, como en su día lo hicieron Piqué, Neymar, Coutinho o Eric García. El centrocampista azulgrana recordó su experiencia en el MIC: “Es una semana muy especia porque tienes la oportunidad de jugar contra equipos de todo el mundo. Yo no pude ganar el torneo, pero guardo un gran recuerdo. Le diría a todos los jóvenes que disfruten mucho y aprovechen estos días porque es una experiencia que recordarán toda la vida”.

Dani Olmo va jugar tres edicions del torneig (2010, 2012 i 2014) i aquest any ha exercit de padrí. De jugador a ambaixador, com al seu dia ho van fer Piqué, Neymar, Coutinho o Eric García. El migcampista blaugrana va recordar la seva experiència al MIC: “És una setmana molt especia perquè tens l’oportunitat de jugar contra equips de tot el món. Jo no vaig poder guanyar el torneig, però guardo un gran record. Li diria a tots els joves que gaudeixin molt i aprofitin aquests dies perquè és una experiència que recordaran tota la vida”.

Els equips, procedents de 44 països diferents dels cinc continents, estan repartits en nou categories. La Costa Brava gaudirà durant tota la setmana dels més de 8.000 participants.
Des dels 136 equips del 2001 fins als 444 del 2025, el MICFootball ha anat creixent any rere any, mantenint sempre els estàndards de qualitat i oferint una experiència única.
El MICFootball vuelve a batir récords un año más. La 23ª edición será la más numerosa de la historia con 444 equipos, superando el registro del 2024 (412). Los equipos, procedentes de 44 países distintos de los cinco continentes, están repartidos en nueve categorías. La Costa Brava disfrutará durante toda la semana de los más de 8.000 participantes.

MICFootball breaks records once again this year. The 23rd edition will be the largest in history with 444 teams, surpassing the 2024 record (412). The teams, from 44 different countries across five continents, are divided into nine categories. The Costa Brava will enjoy more than 8,000 participants throughout the week.

REGLAMENTO
1. COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR
El MIC - Mediterranean International Cup está organizado por AE MICFootball y se regirá según las reglas de juego y normas RFEF - Real Federación Española de Fútbol y FCF - Federació Catalana de Futbol.El presente reglamento describe las modificaciones de las normas y reglamentos anteriormente detallados, adaptando este a la competición MICFootball’25.
2. CATEGORÍAS
U19 | Juvenil (F·11) Jugadores nacidos después del 01.01.2006

3. EXCEPCIONES
En las categorías U18, U16, U15, U14, U13, U12-A y F16 se permite inscribir hasta un máximo de 2 jugadores nacidos el año anterior a la categoría en cuestión. En la categoría U12-B se permite inscribir hasta un máximo de 1 jugador nacido el año anterior a la categoría en cuestión. En la categoría U19 no se permiten excepciones. Todas las categorías (menos F16) pueden ser mixtas.
4. DOCUMENTACIÓN
Antes del inicio de la competición todos los jugadores y staff técnico deben estar debidamente acreditados y registrado en la plataforma de la competición. Durante la competición solo los miembros del equipo que estén debidamente acreditados podrán situarse en la zona del área técnica asignada. No es posible el registro o modificación de jugadores y staff técnico una vez empezada la competición. El responsable de cada equipo recibirá de la organización copias del listado de jugadores. Treinta minutos (30’) antes de cada partido una de estas listas deberá entregarse al director o subdirector de campo indicando el número de dorsal que los jugadores llevaran durante el encuentro.
Todos los jugadores deberán identificarse con la licencia federativa en vigor, DNI, pasaporte u otro documento oficial acreditativo de la edad con fotografía actual. Todos los equipos están obligados a llevar consigo en cada partido la documentación de todos los miembros del equipo que acredite identidad (DNI, pasaporte, ficha, etc.). La correspondiente revisión de documentación se realizará antes del inicio de la competición, aunque también si las circunstancias lo requieren la organización podrá repetirla en cualquier otro momento.
5. NÚMERO DE JUGADORES & ALINEACIÓN
No hay limitación máxima en el número de jugadores inscritos por partido. Está permitido alinear un jugador en diversos equipos de un mismo club siempre que el equipo donde se alinee el jugador sea de una categoría distinta y superior. En ningún caso se podrá alinear un jugador en otro equipo de la misma categoría o categoría inferior a la que está registrado independientemente de su edad.
Para las categorías de fútbol 11, el mínimo de jugadores que se debe inscribir es de 14. Para las categorías de fútbol 7, el mínimo de jugadores a inscribir son 9. En ningún caso un jugador podrá jugar la competición con dos clubs diferentes o dos equipos del mismo club que participen en la misma categoría. Para poder ser alineado correctamente deben haber pasado 5 horas entre la finalización de un partido y el inicio de otro.
6. SUSTITUCIONES
Los cambios son libres sin necesidad de detener el juego, siempre bajo previaautorización del director, subdirector de campo o del árbitro. Solo se detendrá el juego si el jugador sustituido es el portero, o si el árbitro o director de campo lo ven conveniente. Todo jugador substituido podrá volver a entrar. Todas las sustituciones deben realizarse por el centro del terreno de juego. El jugador que ingresa al terreno de juego deberá hacerlo una vez el director o subdirector de campo le den la aprobación.
7. INSTALACIONES & TERRENOS DE JUEGO
Todos los campos son de césped natural o artificial de máxima calidad. En los terrenos de juego con superficie de hierba artificial está prohibido el uso de calzado con tacos metálicos.
8. BALONES
Todos los partidos se jugarán con balones homologados por la FIFA (Categorías Fútbol-11 talla número 5 y las categorías de Fútbol-7 talla número 4). La organización no dejará balones para calentar antes de los partidos. Se recomienda a los equipos que lleven sus propios balones.
9. EQUIPACIÓN
Cada club está obligado a traer, al menos, dos uniformes de juego numerados o una equipación y un juego de petos numerados. Todas las camisetas deberán estar debidamente numeradas y los números deberán coincidir con el acta del partido. Se recomienda que el jugador lleve el mismo dorsal durante toda la competición. Los equipos vestirán la primera equipación oficial del club designada antes del inicio de la competición. Si las equipaciones de ambos equipos coinciden en color o el árbitro determina que se pudiera producir confusión, cambiará de equipación el equipo que ejerza la condición de visitante (mencionado en segundo lugar en el calendario de la competición). Todos los jugadores que disputen el partido están obligados a usar espinilleras. Los jugadores que realicen tareas de precalentamiento durante el transcurso del partido deberán situarse en la zona establecida previamente por el Director de Campo utilizando un peto/chaleco que no coincida en color con ninguno de los equipos en juego.
10. PROGRAMA DE JUEGO
El comité organizador se reserva el derecho de hacer cambios en el programa de juego tanto en lo que se refiere a horarios como campos de juego. La información de los cambios se comunicará al responsable del equipo.
11. DURACIÓN DE LOS PARTIDOS
Todos los partidos serán de dos partes de 25 minutos. El comité del torneo está autorizado a alterar la duración y el horario si las circunstancias así lo requieren. En el intermedio de los partidos sólo habrá cambio de campo, excepto en la final, en la que habrá un descanso de 3 minutos.
12. PUNTUALIDAD
Los equipos deberán presentarse en el campo entre 1hora y 30 minutos antes del inicio previsto de la competición. Treinta minutos (30’) antes del inicio del partido, el equipo debe estar preparado en el campo de juego.
13. SISTEMA DE COMPETICIÓN
En la “Fase de Clasificación” los equipos juegan entre ellos en un sistema de liga a una sola vuelta. Todos los grupos estarán formados por 4 equipos. Pasarán a la “Fase Final” los clasificados en 1ª y 2ª posición, los equipos que finalicen en 3ª y 4ª posición se enfrentarán en “Fase de Consolación”, excepto algunos terceros de las categorías indicadas en el calendario que podrán disputar la fase final. Los partidos de “Fase Final” y “Fase Consolación” se jugarán según el sistema de copa (eliminación directa) y se decidirán sin prórroga, por penaltis, según las reglas de juego IFAB y normas FIFA. *El sistema de competición podrá variar en función del número de equipos participantes.
14. PUNTUACIÓN PARA LA LIGA DE FASE DE CLASIFICACIÓN
• Partido ganado: 3 puntos
• Partido empatado: 1 punto.
• Partido perdido: 0 puntos.
15. CRITERIOS DE CLASIFICACIÓN
En caso de empate entre dos equipos
1. Golaveraje particular.
2. Golaveraje general.
3. Número de goles a favor.
4. Equipo más joven.
En caso de empate entre más de dos equipos*
1. Puntos conseguidos en los partidos jugados entre los equipos implicados.
2. Golaveraje de los partidos jugados entre los equipos implicados.
3. Número de goles a favor en los partidos jugados entre los equipos implicados.
4. Golaveraje general.
5. Número de goles a favor en la clasificación general del grupo.
6. Equipo más joven.
*Si el empate entre más de dos equipos en algún punto pasa a ser de dos equipos, entonces se considerará ”empate entre dos equipos” y se deberá desempatar según los criterios oportunos.
16. LANZAMIENTO DE PENALTIS PARA DESHACER EMPATES EN PLAY-OFF
Se realizará de acuerdo con las reglas de juego FIFA. Los equipos lanzarán una tanda de penaltis, de uno en uno alternativamente (5 penaltis en las categorías de Fútbol-11 y 3 en las categorías de Futbol-7). Si se mantiene la igualdad, se pasará a la muerte súbita. Los equipos lanzarán un penalti alternativamente hasta que uno marque y el otro falle. Solamente los jugadores que están en el campo al final del partido pueden participar en el lanzamiento de penaltis.Cada penalti será ejecutado por un jugador diferente. Sólo después de que cada uno de los integrantes del equipo haya tirado un penalti (incluido el portero), podrán los jugadores lanzar una segunda pena máxima.
17. NORMAS PARA UNA TANDA DE PENALTIS
Un guardameta que sufra una lesión clara y evidente, contrastada por el equipo médico de la organización presente en el campo, durante la ejecución de la tanda de penaltis y no pueda seguir jugando podrá ser sustituido. Cualquier jugador elegible podrá cambiar de puesto con el guardameta en todo momento durante la ejecución de la tanda de penaltis. Si al finalizar el partido y antes de comenzar a la ejecución de los tiros desde el punto penal un equipo tiene más jugadores que su adversario, deberá reducir su número para equipararse al de su adversario y el responsable del equipo deberá comunicar al director de campo y al árbitro el nombre y el número de cada jugador excluido. Así, todo jugador excluido no podrá participar en el lanzamiento de tiros desde el punto penal. Todos los jugadores disponibles, según las normas, para ejecutar la tanda de penaltis deberán situarse en el centro del campo, a excepción de ambos porteros y el jugador que ejecute el penal. El resto de los jugadores y cuerpo técnico deberá permanecer en el área técnica asignada.
18. COMITÉ DE COMPETICIÓN DEL MIC
El Comité de Competición será designado por la entidad organizadora del MICFootball’25. Dicho comité estará formado por cuatro personas, entre ellos,dos miembros de la entidad organizadora, un miembro del Comité Técnico de Árbitros y un miembro de la Federación Catalana de Futbol. Los asuntos de protestas y reclamaciones los tramitará el Comité de Competición y sus resoluciones por escrito no se podrán apelar ni cambiar.
19. SANCIONES
Si un equipo alinea un jugador sancionado o que no cumpla con los requisitos que marca el reglamento, perderá el partido en cuestión por 3 a 0. Si un jugador comete una infracción sancionable con una amonestación o expulsión, será penalizado conforme a la naturaleza del hecho según informe arbitral y bajo los parámetros de sanción detallados en el reglamento y reglas de juego.
Se usará la tarjeta amarilla para comunicar una amonestación. El jugador que sume dos amonestaciones con tarjeta amarilla en el mismo partido será expulsado del mismo sin poder volver a participar en dicho encuentro. La tarjeta roja se utilizará para comunicar una expulsión. Durante el transcurso de la competición NO estará vigente ni tendrá validez el uso de la tarjeta azul.
No serán penalizadas con sanción las expulsiones, previamente comprobadas y revisadas por el Comité de Competición, en los siguientes casos:
- Ser expulsado tras impedir con mano un gol o malograr una oportunidad manifiesta de gol (excepto en el caso del guardameta dentro de su propia área de penalti).
- Ser expulsado tras una infracción leve por ser último jugador en una jugada manifiesta de gol.
- Recibir una segunda amonestación en el mismo partido, siendo esta de carácter leve y sin repercusiones posteriores.
Las expulsiones de carácter grave serán sancionadas por el Comité de Competición y podrán acarrear la suspensión de una o más jornadas, en los siguientes casos:
- Juego brusco grave.
- Escupir a un adversario o cualquier otra persona.
- Conducta violenta.
- Emplear leguaje y/o gestos ofensivos, insultantes o humillantes.
- Conducta agresiva y/o antideportiva.
- Todas las acciones que el Comité de Competición considere de carácter grave.
Todos los casos de expulsión grave serán reportados a la federación nacional del país del jugador afectado.
Las conductas antideportivas, independientemente que puedan suceder dentro o fuera del terreno de juego, podrían suponer la exclusión de un jugador o equipo de la competición.
20. ASUNTOS DISCIPLINARIOS
Todas las incidencias y expulsiones que puedan acontecer durante el transcurso de la competición (dentro o fuera del terreno de juego) serán reportadas al Comité de Competición.
Será el Comité de Competición el único responsable de aplicar las sanciones disciplinarias correspondientes. Al final de cada jornada se comunicarán las sanciones a los equipos afectados. Las sanciones impuestas por el comité de competición y sus resoluciones por escrito no se podrán apelar ni cambiar.
21. PARTIDO SUSPENDIDO
Si un partido es suspendido por cualquier incidente y/o incidencia, el Comité de Competición decidirá sobre los siguientes parámetros, teniendo en cuen-
ta el motivo de la suspensión.
- El partido se vuelve a jugar desde el comienzo.
- El partido se sigue jugando desde el minuto cuando fue suspendido.
- El resultado del partido al suspenderlo se fija como resultado final.
- Uno de los equipos gana 3-0.
- Los dos equipos pierden el partido (0-3).
22. ÁRBITROS
Los árbitros del MIC pertenecen a Comités Nacionales e Internacionales de Árbitros y serán designados por el Comité Territorial de Catalunya. Sus decisiones son inapelables y en ningún caso serán motivo de reclamación.
23. RECLAMACIONES
Las protestas o reclamaciones se deberán entregar por escrito al Director de Campo o Responsable de la Organización junto con la tasa de reclamación de 100€, que será devuelta en caso de resolución favorable.
Estas reclamaciones deben ser presentadas con un máximo de 30 minutos después del término del partido en cuestión.
Las reclamaciones serán aceptadas solo si son entregadas por el delegado o responsable del equipo debidamente acreditado y por escrito.
No se aceptarán reclamaciones por decisiones arbitrales.
Las resoluciones por escrito del comité organizador no se podrán apelar ni cambiar.
24. REGLAS DE ORDEN
Los delegados son responsables de sus jugadores en caso de daños en los vestuarios, hoteles, autobuses u otras instalaciones.
Debe respetarse el silencio en los hoteles entre las 23’00 y las 8’00 horas. Deben respetarse los horarios de las comidas establecidos por los responsables de los hoteles. Queda prohibido viajar en el transporte de la organización sin camiseta. Queda prohibida la entrada de alcohol u otras sustancias no permitidas para los menores de 18 años en las habitaciones. El incumplimiento de alguna de estas reglas por parte de algún jugador, técnico o acompañante puede ser motivo de expulsión del torneo.
25. RESPONSABILIDADES Y SEGUROS
Todos los clubes/equipos deben tener asegurados a sus jugadores dentro y fuera de los terrenos de juego. Todos los participantes deberán disponer de tarjeta sanitaria, un seguro privado o de la ficha federativa en vigor. AE MICFootball no se hace responsable de los posibles daños y perjuicios de los participantes como la pérdida de objetos personales (por robo u otras circunstancias) o las lesiones. Tampoco se responsabilizará de las medidas tomadas por las autoridades públicas o empresas de transporte como huelgas, cancelaciones, etc. El club, en el momento de solicitar su inscripción, manifiesta que sus jugadores están físicamente aptos para el evento. La organización declina toda responsabilidad de los daños que los participantes puedan ocasionar durante y después de la competición tanto a ellos mismos como a terceros.
26. BASE DE DATOS
Todos los participantes inscritos en la plataforma oficial del torneo están obligados a rellenar el formulario de protección de datos, hacerlo firmar por sus representantes legales y entregarlo a la organización antes del torneo. A través de éste dará el consentimiento para el tratamiento de los datos. La participación en el evento autoriza a AE MICFootball a utilizar cualquier reproducción gráfica de los participantes durante el torneo.
Los jugadores y/o clubs que no presenten la autorización de derechos de imagen antes del inicio de la competición no podrán participar en el MICFootball’25.
27. MODIFICACIÓN
Cualquier circunstancia que no haya quedado reflejada en el reglamento es competencia exclusiva de los responsables de la organización, siendo sus decisiones inapelables, reservándose el derecho de añadir, modificar, interpretar y aplicar las reglas según sus criterios y las necesidades de cada torneo. AE MICFootball se reserva el derecho a modificar estas normas en beneficio de la competición.
Todas las modificaciones que se realicen al presente reglamento se comunicarán por escrito al responsable del club | equipo participante.
RULES
1. ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
The MIC - Mediterranean International Cup is organized by AE MICFootball and will be governed according to the rules and regulations of the RFEF - Royal Spanish Football Federation and the FCF - Catalan Football Federation. This regulation describes modifications to the previously detailed rules and regulations, adapting them to the MICFootball’25 competition.
2. CATEGORIES
U19 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2006
U18 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2007
U16 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2009
U15 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2010
U14 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2011
U13 | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2012
U12-A | (F-11) Players born after 01.01.2013
U12-B | (F-7) Players born after 01.01.2013
F16 | (F-11 - Female) Players born after 01.01.2009
3. EXCEPTIONS
In the U18, U16, U15, U14, U13, U12-A and F16 categories, a maximum of 2 players born in the year prior to the category in question may be registered. In the U12-B category, a maximum of 1 player born in the year prior to the category in question may be registered. No exceptions are permitted in the U19 category. All categories (except F16) may be mixed.
4. DOCUMENTATION
Before the competition starts, all players and technical staff must be properly accredited and registered on the competition platform. Only accredited team members will be allowed in the designated technical area. No player or staff registrations or modifications are permitted once the competition has begun.Each team’s manager will receive copies of the player list from the organization. Thirty (30) minutes before each match, one of these lists must be submitted to the field director or deputy director, indicating the jersey number each player will wear during the match.All players must be identified with a valid federation license, ID, passport, or another official photo ID proving their age. Teams must always carry documents proving the identity of all their members. Documentation will be checked before the competition begins, but the organization may request additional checks at any time.
5. NUMBER OF PLAYERS & LINE-UP
There is no maximum limit on the number of players registered per match. A player may be included in multiple teams of the same club, provided that the team they join is in a different and higher category. A player may never be lined up in another team of the same or a lower category.For 11-a-side football categories, at least 14 players must be registered. For 7-a-side football categories, at least 9 players must be registered. A player cannot participate in the competition for two different clubs or two teams from the same club in the same category. At least 5 hours must pass between matches for a player to be eligible to play.
6. SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are free and do not require stopping the game, but they must be authorized by the field director, deputy director, or referee. The game will only be stopped for a goalkeeper substitution or if the referee or field director deems it necessary. A substituted player may re-enter the game. All substitutions must be made through the center of the field, and the incoming player may only enter after approval from the field director or deputy director.
7. FACILITIES & PLAYING FIELDS
All fields are of high-quality natural or artificial grass.On artificial turf fields, the use of metal cleats is prohibited.
8. BALLS
All matches will be played with FIFA-approved balls (Size 5 for 11-a-side football and Size 4 for 7-a-side football). The organization will not provide balls for warm-up. Teams are advised to bring their own balls.
9. UNIFORMS
Each club must bring at least two numbered match uniforms or one uniform and a set of numbered training bibs. All jerseys must be properly numbered, and the numbers must match the official match sheet. It is recommended that each player keeps the same jersey number throughout the competition.Teams must wear their primary official uniform designated before the competition starts. If both teams have similar colors or if the referee deems that confusion could arise, the visiting team (listed
second in the competition schedule) must change uniforms. All players must wear shin guards. Players warming up during the match must use bibs that do not match the colors of either team.
10. MATCH SCHEDULE
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the match schedule, including time and field adjustments. Any changes will be communicated to the team’s manager.
11. MATCH DURATION
All matches will consist of two halves of 25 minutes. The tournament committee may alter the duration and schedule if necessary. Halftime will only involve a field change, except for the final, where there will be a 3-minute break.
12. PUNCTUALITY
Teams must arrive at the field at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the competition starts. Thirty (30) minutes before the match, teams must be ready on the field.
13. COMPETITION SYSTEM
In the “Qualification Phase,” teams play a single-round league system within their group (4 teams per group). The top two teams advance to the “Final Phase,” while the 3rd and 4th placed teams move to the “Consolation Phase.” Some 3rd-placed teams may still qualify for the “Final Phase,” depending on the category and schedule. The “Final Phase” and “Consolation Phase” matches follow a knockout system. No extra time will be played, and matches will be decided by penalty shootouts according to IFAB and FIFA rules.
14. SCORING FOR THE QUALIFICATION ROUND LEAGUE
- Match won: 3 points
- Match drawn: 1 point.
- Match lost: 0 points.
15. CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA
- In case of a tie between two teams
- Individual goal average.
- Global goal average.
- Number of goals scored.
- Youngest team.
In case of a tie between more than two teams* 1.
1. Points obtained in the matches played between the teams involved.
2. Goal-average of the matches played between the teams involved.
3. Number of goals scored in the matches played between the teams involved.
4. Goal-average general.
5. Number of goals scored in the general classification of the group.
6. Youngest team.
*If the tie between more than two teams in any point becomes a tie between two teams, then it will be considered a “tie between two teams” and the tie will be broken according to the appropriate criteria.
16. PENALTY KICKS TO BREAK TIES IN PLAY-OFFS
It will be carried out in accordance with the FIFA rules. The teams will shoot a penalty shootout, one at a time alternately (5 penalties in the 11-a-side and 3 in the 7-a-side categories). If there is still a tie, it will go to sudden death. The teams will shoot a penalty alternately until one scores and the other misses. Only players who are on the field at the end of the match may participate in the penalty shootout. Each penalty kick shall be taken by a different player.
Only after each team member has taken a penalty kick (including the goalkeeper) may players take a second penalty kick.
17. RULES FOR A PENALTY SHOOTOUT
A goalkeeper who suffers a clear and obvious injury, confirmed by the medical team of the organization present on the field, during the execution of the penalty shootout and can no longer play may be replaced.
Any eligible player may change places with the goalkeeper at any time during the execution of the penalty shootout.
If at the end of the match and before the penalty kicks are taken a team has more players than its opponent, it must reduce its number of players to equal that of its opponent, and the team manager must inform the field director and the referee of the name and number of each player excluded. Thus, any excluded player will not be allowed to take part in the penalty kicks. All players available, according to the rules, to take the penalty kick shoo-
tout, must stand in the center of the field, with the exception of both goalkeepers and the player taking the penalty kick. The rest of the players and coaching staff must remain in the assigned technical area.
18. MIC COMPETITION COMMITTEE
The Competition Committee shall be appointed by the organizing entity of MICFootball’25.
This committee will consist of four people, including two members of the organizing entity, a member of the Technical Committee of Referees and a member of the Catalan Football Federation.
The matters of protests and claims will be handled by the Competition Committee and its written resolutions may not be appealed or changed.
19. SANCTIONS
If a team lines-up a sanctioned player or a player who does not comply with the requirements of the rules, the team will lose the match in question by 3-0.
If a player commits an infraction punishable by a caution or expulsion (either on or off the field), he will be penalized according to the nature of the act according to the referee’s report and under the sanction parameters detailed in the regulations and rules of the game.
The yellow card will be used to communicate a caution. A player who receives two yellow cards in the same match will be expelled from the match and will not be allowed to participate in the same match.
The red card will be used to communicate an expulsion.
During the course of the competition the use of the blue card will NOT be valid.
Expulsions, previously verified and reviewed by the Competition Committee, will not be penalized in the following cases:
Being sent off after preventing a goal with a hand or wasting an obvious goal-scoring opportunity.
Being sent off after a minor offence for being the last player in an obvious goalscoring move.
Receiving a second caution in the same match, this being of a minor nature and with no further repercussions.
Expulsions of a serious nature will be sanctioned by the Competition Committee and may lead to the suspension of one or more match days, in the following cases:
Serious foul play.
Spitting at an opponent or any other person. Violent conduct.
Using offensive, insulting or humiliating language and/or gestures.
Aggressive and/or unsportsmanlike conduct.
All actions that the Competition Committee considers of a serious nature. All cases of serious expulsion will be reported to the national federation of the country of the player involved.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, regardless of whether it occurs on or off the field of play, may result in the exclusion of a player or team from the competition.
20. DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
All incidents and expulsions that may occur during the course of the competition (on or off the field) will be reported to the Competition Committee. The Competition Committee shall be solely responsible for applying the corresponding disciplinary sanctions. At the end of each day the sanctions will be communicated to the teams concerned.
The sanctions imposed by the Competition Committee and its written decisions may not be appealed or changed.
21. SUSPENDED MATCH
If a match is suspended due to any incident and/or incidence, the Competition Committee will decide on the following parameters, taking into account the reason for the suspension.
- The match is replayed from the start.
- The match is replayed from the minute when it was suspended.
- The result of the match when suspended is set as the final result.
- One of the teams wins 3-0.
- Both teams lose the match (0-3).
22. REFEREES
MIC referees belong to National and International Referee Committees and will be appointed by the Territorial Committee of Catalonia. Their decisions are unappealable and in no case will be grounds for complaint.
23. CLAIMS
Protests or claims must be submitted in writing to the Course Director or Head of the Organization together with the claim fee of 100€, which will be returned in case of a favorable resolution. These claims must be submitted no later than 30 minutes after the end of
the match in question.
Claims will be accepted only if they are submitted by the delegate or team manager duly accredited.
Complaints will not be accepted for refereeing decisions.
The written decisions of the organizing committee cannot be appealed or changed.
24. RULES OF ORDER
Delegates are responsible for their players in case of damage in the locker rooms, hotels, buses or other facilities.
Silence must be respected in the hotels between 23:00 and 8:00 hours. Mealtimes established by the hotel managers must be respected. It is forbidden to travel in the organization’s transport without a T-shirt. It is forbidden to bring alcohol or other substances not allowed for children under 18 years old in the rooms.
Failure to comply with any of these rules by any player, coach or companion may be grounds for expulsion from the tournament.
25. RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCE
All clubs/teams must have their players insured on and off the field. All participants must have a health card or private insurance. AE MICFootball is not responsible for possible damages to participants such as loss of personal belongings (due to theft or other circumstances) or injuries. Neither will be responsible for measures taken by public authorities or transportation companies such as strikes, cancellations, etc. The club, at the time of registration, declares that its players are physically fit for the event. The organization declines all responsibility for any damage that participants may cause during and after the competition both to themselves and to third parties.
26. DATABASE
All participants registered on the official platform of the tournament, are required to fill out the data protection form, have it signed by their legal representatives and deliver it to the organization before the tournament. Through this form, they will give their consent to the processing of their data. Participation in the event authorizes AE MICFootball to use any graphic reproduction of the participants during the tournament.
Players and / or clubs that do not submit the authorization of image rights before the start of the competition, may not participate in the MICFootball’25.
27. MODIFICATION
Any circumstance that has not been reflected in the rules, is the sole responsibility of those responsible for the organization, being their decisions unappealable, reserving the right to add, modify, interpret, and apply the rules according to their criteria and the needs of each tournament. AE MICFootball reserves the right to modify these rules for the benefit of the competition.
All changes made to these rules will be communicated in writing to the head of the participating club or team.

EL MICFOOTBALL CRUZA EL CHARCO MICFOOTBALL EXPANDS TO AMERICA
Tras 25 años del mejor fútbol base en España, el MICFootball abrirá todavía más sus fronteras este año con la celebración de la primera edición del torneo en la República Dominicana. Del 24 al 29 de junio, Punta Cana vivirá un evento que prevé la llegada de más de 100 equipos. La competición se jugará en The Fields, Cap Cana, una instalación de 125.000 metros cuadrados con 12 campos de fútbol de césped natural. De esta forma, el MICFootball hará realidad el sueño de expandirse a las Américas.
Després de 25 anys del millor futbol base a Espanya, el MICFootball obrirà encara més les seves fronteres aquest any amb la celebració de la primera edició del torneig a la República Dominicana. Del 24 al 29 de juny, Punta Cana viurà un esdeveniment que preveu l´arribada de més de 100 equips. La competició es jugarà a The Fields, Cap Cana, una instal·lació de 125.000 metres quadrats amb 12 camps de futbol de gespa natural. D’aquesta manera, el MICFootball farà realitat el somni d’expandir-se a les Amèriques.
After 25 years with the best youth football in Spain, MICFootball will expand its borders even further this year with the celebration of the first edition of the tournament in the Dominican Republic. L’ànima del torneig El alma del torneo The tournament’ soul
Altruisme. Col·laboració. Esperit. Iniciativa Solidaritat. Treball. Tots aquests conceptes defineixen els voluntaris del MICFootball,l’ànima del torneig. Els que fan possible que tot funcioni. Una edició més, l’esdeveniment comptarà amb 350 voluntaris per complir amb les tasques de les diferents àrees.
Al camp hi haurà voluntaris que vetllaran pel bon funcionament dels partits, controlant la competició, els resultats, etc. Als hotels tindrem voluntaris pendents dels equips, amb guies, i supervisant tots els horaris dels àpats. Els jugadors estaran en les millors mans possibles gràcies als fisios. I tot el que passi durant la setmana ho captaran els voluntaris de comunicació amb el seu ull clínic.
Altruismo. Colaboración. Espíritu. Iniciativa. Solidaridad. Trabajo. Todos estos conceptos definen a los voluntarios del MICFootball, el alma del torneo. Quienes hacen posible que todo funcione. Una edición más, el evento contará con 350 voluntarios para cumplir las tareas de las distintas áreas.
En el campo habrá voluntarios que velarán por el buen funcionamiento de los partidos, controlandolacompetición,resultados, etc. En los hoteles tendremos voluntarios pendientes de los equipos, con guías, y supervisando todos los horarios de las comidas. Los jugadores estarán en las mejores manos posibles gracias a los fisios. Y todo lo que ocurra durante la semana lo captarán los voluntarios de comunicación con su ojo clínico.
Altruism. Collaboration. Spirit. Initiative. Solidarity. Work. All these concepts define the MICFootball volunteers, the soul of the tournament. The ones who make possible all this madness. Once again, the event will have 350 volunteers to fulfill all the tasks in the different areas.
There will be volunteers on the field who will ensure that the matches run smoothly, controlling the competition, the results, etc. At the hotels we will have volunteers waiting for the teams, with guides, and supervising all the meal times. The physios will take care of the players at any time. And everything that happens during the week will be captured by the communication volunteers with their clinical eye.

El MICIntegra del 2025 serà molt especial, doncs enguany arribarà a la seva 11ª edició. 11 anys d’il·lusió, abraçades, gols, valors, solidaritat, somriures. 11 anys de futbol.
Amb la col·laboració de Fundació “La Caixa”, el torneig per a esportistes amb discapacitat intel·lectual ha anat creixent any rere any, esdevenint en una jornada festiva on els 18 equips participants gaudeixen de l’esport que més els agrada. El torneig se celebrarà el dissabte 19 d’abril en una jornada de futbol i inclusió a Vidreres.
El compromís del MICFootball per promoure la integració és i seguirà sent una prioritat.

Con la colaboración de Fundación “La Caixa”, el torneo para deportistas con discapacidad intelectual ha ido creciendo año tras año, convirtiéndose en una jornada festiva en la que los 18 equipos participantes disfrutan del deporte que más les gusta. El torneo se celebrará el sábado 19 de abril en una jornada de futbol e inclusión en Vidreres.
El compromiso del MICFootball por promover la integración es y seguirá siendo una prioridad.
