Our new residence in Murcia is located a 10-minute walk from UCAM, offering students maximum comfort and time savings in their travels. In addition, it has excellent connections to the city centre.

All our rooms include: full board M-F (with food allergy/intolerance options), biweekly cleaning, private or shared bathroom, microwave and fridge, large desk, spacious wardrobe, shelves, air conditioning, supplies, WiFi and all the benefits of micampus Club.

Reservation and conditions
1. Book your place with €250 reservation fee.
2. On August 1, the deposit is collected, corresponding to a monthly payment without discount.
3. If you are not admitted to the university or you move to a city where we do not have residence, we will refund your tuition fee (upon accreditation before July 31 and no contract signed).
