The Eletects are tasked to redesign an apartment based on client needs.

Explain the parameters
The clients want four bedrooms for their family of five. As entertainers, they want an open concept kitchen-dining-living room. One of the clients work as a fashion designer and want a large walk-in-closet. These changes are done within a budget.

I wanted to design a space that serves as the outlet to conversations between passionate community members and the education. The building on the site is a 70 by 60 feet, three-story nature observatory center that provides the first birds-eye views of the park accessible to the public.
