Want to go for used yachts for sale? Search for signals of total maintenance. Fenders, lines, and lifejackets may give clues to just how much wear and tear a boat has undergone.

When in doubt, call in an expert.

1. Search for fractures in the fiberglass above and below Little cracks, such as spider webs in places that are localized, are largely decorative. No biggie?—but they may get worse if not fixed.
