With more access than ever to digital distraction, social media, social pressure in school, and self-image issues, regular exercise has never been more important. This program is age-specific. It focuses on teaching correct and safe movement patterns, especially focused on the Primal Movement Patterns (Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist, and Gait) in a Small Group, fun, pressure free environment. We pay attention to not only to the kid’s physical development, but to their mental and emotional development as well. Kids will learn the basics of eating whole foods, as well as will have the opportunity to interact with one another in a supportive environment.

Taekwon-Do Master Fruitstone The national martial art of Korea, Ch’ang Hon(ITF) style Taekwon-do has its foundations in the Okinawan systems of Shorin and Shorei Ryu Karate. It combines hard and soft, fast and slow movements and footwork, and is known for its evolutionary kicking techniques.
