The design must comply with local government regulations, including setback requirements, height restrictions, and zoning laws. Adherence to the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian standards for structural integrity, fire safety, and energy efficiency is imperati ve.

Based on creating a façade and two feature glazing to give the café elements of mid-century modern concept such as minimal display, white colour and nature tone.Harvesting the natural sunlight to create an energy efficient building.The overall atmosphere is pretty comfortable and intimate, with a lot of warm lights.

This Granny Flat is contemporary façade that mixes textures and materials to create a unique and welcoming entrance.Perfect for foreign students accommodation and group housing. This design features a dual roof with different angles and slope for a contemporary feel. This offers flexible open plan living with high ceiling,functional kitchen,two private bedrooms, suitable laundry and bathroom.This combines modern style with comfort. I was involved in the final completion design of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), and I created detailed drawings and utilized CATIA and AUTOCAD for precise modeling of the rounded lines in the design. This included producing accurate quantities and specifications for Interior Construction of the design.
Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) is a unique and modern architectural landmark located in Dongdaemun, Seoul, South Korea. Designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid and her firm, Zaha Hadid Architects. This combines modern style with comfort. There is also the option to include a side alfresco deck where better to sit back, relax and watch the sun goes down.

Best Western Hotel is a business hotel located in the middle of Myeong-dong Dongdaemun district, and close to Insa-dong.
I conducted on-site fitout and mock-up work for this hotel rooms.
Additionally, I was responsible for selecting finishes, creating detailed drawings for on-site detailing, and preparing construction drawings, as well as finalizing the as-built drawings

“Mr. Pizza” is one of the popular pizza branch shops in South Korea. My responsibilities included managing the design process, considering brand standards, and implementing innovative elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of Mr. Pizza branch shops.I took a focused approach to design, considering the layout with a particular emphasis on tables and kitchen workflow.
In today’s evolving landscape towards a more women-centric society, Mister Pizza’s slogan “LOVE FOR WOMEN” focuses on their main target audience, women c ustomers.
