MHK Architecture was founded in Naples, Florida in 2009 with the principle of creating designs that positively influence the environments they are created for.

As a commercial architectural firm MHK has a national presence and scale for multi-family, mixed use and hospitality-focused projects by strategically locating offices within regions across the United States. As a design firm with more than 100 professionals in 10 locations we provide regional expertise in and around the markets our studios are located.

The Club at Olde Stone in Bowling Green, Kentucky, underwent a significant renovation of its lobby and entryway with the assistance of MHK. To complement the original building, a 19,000-square-foot extension was constructed along the golf course, featuring a new dining area, commercial kitchen, and locker room. The new addition creates a fresh look while retaining the classic design elements of the original clubhouse.

MHK was asked to redesign various areas within Greyhawk Golf & Country Club. The project included a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse with a restaurant, bar, lounge, card room, and fitness center for members to enjoy. MHK also designed the community guardhouse, pool bath building, and open-air cabana areas.

The guardhouse greets visitors and keeps the community safe. The pool bath building provides a place for swimmers to change and relax. The open-air cabana areas are a comfortable spot for members to enjoy the outdoors.

MHK’s redesign has transformed Greyhawk Golf & Country Club into a modern, luxurious destination for members.

MHK Architecture and Knauer Incorporated worked together to create a stunning and cohesive design for the new Delmar restaurant expansion in Naples. The building exterior underwent a complete redevelopment, with careful attention paid to every detail. Rosewood Residences Naples is a complex of multiple buildings designed to provide breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The project is centered around creating a resort-like atmosphere with pool amenities that unite all the buildings. MCDANIEL

The McDaniel townhome project, developed by MHK, was constructed on a complex site adjacent to the heart of downtown Greenville. Additionally, the design includes pocket parks, cycling trails, and pedestrian walkways that run along an adjacent lagoon. The development’s design seamlessly integrates the existing natural environment with modern construction and provides a unique and harmonious experience for residents and visitors alike.

The architectural design of this three-story mixed-use project situates Finemark Bank on the ground floor, thereby enhancing the pedestrian experience. The Parkview at Cambier is a mixed-use project located in a park setting. The team worked tirelessly to establish several coastal-style designs that were not only visually appealing, but also incorporated strategic branding of the "Tide" logo. These designs were then used as a foundation for developing multiple concepts that were rolled out throughout the state of Florida. The team's attention to detail was evident in the simple design elements that were carefully selected to help reinforce the brand and its message. Designed to cater to the unique needs of marine vessels, the facility offers top-of-the-line dry storage capabilities while boasting a chic and contemporary design aesthetic, perfectly tailored to the stunning Fort Myers Beach location. Situated amidst lush greenery, the multi-building complex and park facility developed by MHK Architecture is a sight to behold. The dramatic architectural design and master planning experience of the firm is on full display in this project. The complex comprises an open-air band shell structure, park facilities buildings, and pedestrian experience areas that are reinforced by trellised architectural elements.

Working collaboratively with a landscape architect, the facility has been thoughtfully organized to create an immersive park experience. The vegetative plantings and pedestrian walkways have been designed to complement each other, making the park an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

BAKER PARK

MHK played a vital role in helping the City of Naples to create a stunning 15acre park situated along the picturesque Gordon River. The park boasts a variety of outdoor structures, including a pedestrian bridge that seamlessly connects with the Greenway trail, a lush grassy knoll, a playground area for children, a band stage for musical performances, a kayak launch for water enthusiasts, and a one-story flagship building. MHK's expert team designed and executed the plans for all of the park's outdoor structures, ranging from the striking pavilion structure to the intricate bridge and boardwalk.

NAPLES PIER

In 2022, the Naples Community Pier suffered significant damage during Hurricane Ian's impact on the southern coast of Florida. To restore the pier to its former glory, MHK developed a new design that not only addresses the structural needs but also enhances the overall experience for visitors.

The new design features a series of pavilions and concessions along the pier's length, allowing visitors to relax, enjoy the scenery, and soak in the sun. At the end of the pier, a fishing pavilion has been constructed, designed to offer fishermen the best possible experience. The structure has been carefully crafted to ensure that it does not detract from the natural beauty of the area but instead blends seamlessly into the surroundings.

MHK has placed a strong emphasis on pedestrian use in the new design, recognizing that the pier is an essential hub for community engagement. All aspects of the design have been carefully considered to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience while ensuring the pier's longevity and safety for years to come.
