OUR APPROACH
With our approach, experience, and willingness to go the extra mile, we have a track record of navigating the approval process and helping our partners design their dream.
Scale at Speed
We take great pride in our ability to rapidly develop an idea or concept to realize that a dream is possible quickly. Clients have told us, “Nobody comes out of the gate like MHK,” and the first few weeks of a project can determine if a project will be successful. At MHK, we refer to this success as winning and losing, and we want to be part of your winning team!
Boutique Detail
We approach all our projects with a boutique mindset, using our extensive experience in luxury residential projects to enhance our commercial work as well. This not only demonstrates our expertise, but also guarantees long-term success by creating better spaces for businesses and individuals who use them.
Show. Don’t Tell.
If you have a good idea, it won't be good enough if you just keep it in your mind or on a board. That's why it's important to invest time, energy, and resources into creating highquality visualizations early in the process. By doing so, you can effectively cast a vision and make it obvious to decision-makers why your designs should be approved and built.

01 MHK ARCHITECTURE 100
In 2022, the Naples Community Pier suffered significant damage during Hurricane Ian's impact on the southern coast of Florida. To restore the pier to its former glory, MHK developed a new design that not only addresses the structural needs but also enhances the overall experience for visitors.
The new design features a series of pavilions and concessions along the pier's length, allowing visitors to relax, enjoy the scenery, and soak in the sun. At the end of the pier, a fishing pavilion has been constructed, designed to offer fishermen the best possible experience. The structure has been carefully crafted to ensure that it does not detract from the natural beauty of the area but instead blends seamlessly into the surroundings.
MHK has placed a strong emphasis on pedestrian use in the new design, recognizing that the pier is an essential hub for community engagement. All aspects of the design have been carefully considered to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience while ensuring the pier's longevity and safety for years to come.
