With a vast experience in working on lakefront and mountain properites Brandy has a diverse experience working on luxury residential projects throughtout the Western Carolinas with complex site challenges. She is focused on the relationships with clients and the commitment for a team that can ensure that every detail is attended to for MHK’s clients.

ArchitectLydia enjoys the process of translating a client’s thoughts and visions to a unique home design personalized to them. She recognizes that clients sometimes don’t know exactly how to decribe what they want and enjoys the process of helping them assemble and organize their ideas into a design that is perfect for them.

Assistant Architectural AssociateIn addition to an extensive background in lighting design, Seth enjoys tailoring a home to meet the needs specifc to his clients. His approach is to create a journey for a client unlike any other in the exploration of the use of materials in innovative solutions that are respectful to the project sites. This primary goal is to create beautiful designs that flow visually and spatially.
