Cancer Survivorship -This American Society of Clinical Oncology publication was written to discuss the concepts for post-treatment survivors. Sections include: what is survivorship?; follow-up care; life after treatment; and support for coping with challenges.
American Cancer Society -Expert information and supportive resources from a trusted source over the phone (1-800-227-2345) or at their interactive website.
National Lymphedema Network -We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 1988 to provide education and guidance regarding lymphedema management to patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public by disseminating information on the prevention and management of lymphedema.
Foundation for Women's Cancers -The Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) steadily pursues its mission of supporting research, education and public awareness of gynecologic cancers.
Survivorship: During and After Treatment (cancer.org) -The American Cancer Society uses the term cancer survivor to refer to anyone who has ever been diagnosed with cancer no matter where they are in the course of their disease. Here, you'll find information and tips on staying active and healthy during and after cancer treatment. You can also get information on managing your health care as a cancer survivor.

The ONE Group: Oncology-Nutrition-Exercise -The ONE Group (Oncology – Nutrition –Exercise) has put together a series of exercise videos that may be beneficial to people with cancer and that can be done from home, without any special equipment required.
Provides exercise videos for cancer survivors in lying, sitting and standing. Provides warmup, balance, flexibility, core, lower-body and upper-body exercises with detailed instructions for safety. All of the exercise videos were filmed in the Exercise Medicine Unit, a 300-squarefeet facility within the second-floor infusion suite at Penn State Cancer Institute.
Survivorship Care for Healthy Living -This National Comprehensive Cancer Network publication was written to discuss helpful strategies for health in the post-treatment
period. Sections include: survivorship; physical activity; food and supplements; weight and metabolism; preventing infections; resources and words to know.
Moving Through Cancer -Being physically active can be challenging after you learn that you have cancer. This booklet will explain the WHY, WHAT, HOW, AND WHEN of physical activity during and after your cancer treatment.
Cancer Exercise App -Just released, the new Cancer Exercise app is a first mobile exercise app for iOS specifically for people living with or beyond cancer. The app is designed to bring customized exercise to cancer survivors to improve their quality of life. What is also unique about the Cancer Exercise mobile app is that the workout program is based on scientifically sound guidelines for cancer survivors following the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). It is the long-awaited and first app designed specifically for cancer survivors that provides a custom exercise plan.

American Cancer Society: Sex and the Adult Female with Cancer -In this guide, we offer you and your partner some information about cancer, sex, and sexuality. We cannot answer every question, but we try to give you enough information to help you and your partner have open, honest talks about your sex life. We also share some ideas about talking with your doctor and your cancer care team.
Caregiver Resource Guide (American Cancer Society) -The American Cancer Society developed the Caregiver Resource Guide for people who are caring for a loved one impacted by cancer. This tool can help to learn how to care for yourself as a caregiver, better understand what your loved one is going through, develop skills for coping and caring, and take steps to protect your health and wellbeing.
