JULY NEWSLETTER ALTA VISTA COMMUNITY

DEAR RESIDENTS Happy Independence Day and Happy 250th Birthday to America!

As always, I hope that this Newsletter finds you all in the best health and that you and your family are all doing well.

Rick, Cynthia & I have been managing the community for 1 year now, and it has been an absolute pleasure. We have learned a lot from you and we appreciate all

You all have received the New Rules & Regulations by now after our meeting that we had on 6/18/2026. Please note that if you have any questions or need clarification on any Rule, you are more than welcome to come in to the office or email us. These new Rules have been in the making since November of 2025 but we wanted to make very sure that they were just right for this community and the needs too.

I hope that we have not had any more mail theft since the last time in early May. We have upgraded our cameras at the 2 entrances of the Park that can read license plates. The RCPD has an open case for this matter, too. Please be mindful and take out all your mail, daily.

Summer is definitely here and we can feel it! The pool is open and ready for your enjoyment. We were not able to paint the deck this summer because I didn’t want to close the pool for any more time. Since we had to close it for the painting of the building and the roof repairs while it was pool weather. We will definitely be painting the deck for this fall after the pool is closed for the season. I also would like to remind everyone that the SPA will continue to be available for you, all year long.

Pool time is fun time for all and that is what our expectations are for all and this includes the pool and spa are operating at their best at all time. We need your cooperation though, and it is by simply following the Rules & Regulations that have been set in place since the opening of Alta Vista MHP. I will Highlight the most important Rules below: 1.All guests must be accompanied by an adult resident 2.Swimwear is required to be in the swimming pool or spa 3.You MUST shower at the pool shower before going into the pool 4.No food is allowed on the deck 5.Please close umbrellas after every use so that they don’t fly out and hurt someone 6.For pool key replacement, visit the office. There will be a charge of $40

Accessing and conveniently paying rent online is available to every resident. If you would like to sign up for your resident portal access, please ask us and we can help you.

A reminder to the residents, the office has a lost and found box. If you lost something around the area or if you found something around the area, feel free to call or come in to the office.

DRIVE SLOWLY There has been many occasions where we witness people driving incredibly fast in the park.

Please remember: children play in the streets, as well as pedestrians going for walks, we need to keep a safe envoirnment for everyone.

NO FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED IN ALTA VISTA MHP Please do not use them in the community, they are not allowed.

They have not been allowed in the communtiy, before and will not be permitted ever,due to fire hazard and bodily injury.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA ANIMAL CENTER

FIELD SERVICES The Rancho Cucamonga Animal Center’s Field Services Division is responsible for animal control in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Field Officers are available from the hours of 8am to 6pm to respond to calls such as: Stray animals Deceased animals Animal Rescue Enforcing animal laws Animal Bites Rabies control Nuisance animal complaints Investigating animal cruelty and neglect cases Wildlife conserns

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES The Animal Center has a Field Officer on-call between the hours of 6pm and 8pm. For life threatening emergencies, please call 911. If you need help with an after-hour animal related emergency, call (909) 466-7387 ext. 1 to reach the Field Services Emergency Dispatch. Please not, Field Officers only respond to after hour emergency calls such as injured animals, aggressive animals, animal bites, disasters. and police and fire assistance. Stray animals should be contained by the finder (if safe to do so) for the night and brought into the Animal Center when they re-open.

Animals such as skunks and opossums are considered a protected & native species, and can only be handled by a specific professionals or if injured or deceased.

SWIMMING POOL RULES Summer is quickly approaching and the pool is waiting for your company! Please remember that the Pool Rules must be followed at all times: The pool hours are 10am to 9pm Daily.

The pool monitor, when present, is in charge of asking for your space #, address the Rules when not being followed.

Residents must accompany any guests to the pool and stay with them at all times

All Residents 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an Adult Resident at all times You must shower before going into the pool or spa- Please note that this is to maintain the pool clean and open for the season. Oil, soaps, shampoo, chemicals that we use on our hair and body and not to mention fecal matter are present on us so that is why you have to rinse before going into the Pool or Spa. Food is not permitted in the pool area.

If you use the umbrellas, please close them up after every use so that the wind doesn’t blow them away which could be very harmful.

Vulgar language or fighting is not permitted in the pool area at any time.

We really want you to enjoy your time at the Pool. Please help us keep it safe, clean and open all Summer long.

PARKING PERMIT POLICY We have come along way from when we started implementing the “Parking permits.” You have all worked so hard along side us to fulfill the ultimate goal which is to have a safe community.

We also know that there were a lot of questions and concerns and after listening to those concerns, we were able to put something together below: All vehicles must register with the Park office and have a Parking Permit affixed to the right hand side of the windshield (Passenger side). This permit is issued by the Park office.

When using the exterior parking stalls throughout the community, all vehicles must show a parking permit sticker, affixed to the right-hand bottom side of the windshield or a Guest Parking Permit hang tag, hanging from the rearview mirror.

If you have guest/vendors/medical assistant/house cleaner who will be staying for the day and not overnight, you do not need a permit or guest permit hang tag. If you have a party that you will be hosting at your homesite, those vehicles do not need a parking permit.

If your guest spends the night and leaves the next day, a parking permit is not required.

We will be monitoring the vehicles that are seen for multiple days within the community or that have not moved at which time, we will affix a “warning” to contact the office within 24 hours to register. If the vehicle has not moved, we will issue a 7Day notice and after that the vehicle will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense.

When a vehicle that is registered with the Park office is sold, please remove the parking permit off the windshield and affix it to your new vehicle and register the new vehicle with the office.

OVER SIZED VEHICLES, COMPANY TRUCKS OR VANS, TRAILERS AND BOATS We will be opening the storage area that is next to the “Tot-Lot” to store these vehicles and any other vehicle that you do not use on a regular basis. Please contact the office for more information.

Please note that Oversized Vehicles, Company Trucks or vans, Trailers or Boats, are not permitted to be parked in any of the parking stalls around the community. Parking any motorized vehicle that will take up 2 stalls, is not permitted on any of the parking stalls around the community. We will be charging for these parking stalls and will have more information in the office.

You must contact the Park office, if you will be parking a U-Haul or any other rented truck or van, and parking on the parking stalls.

We will be painting 5 parking stalls on the west side, next to the clubhouse, green, which will be reserved for when you reserve the clubhouse for a private event on weekends. On occasion, if there is an event on Monday through Friday, we will have signage on those parking stalls. In addition to those parking stalls, the host of the event will have the parking stalls at the clubhouse too.
