Normally who would not do this, post a personal letter from a resident. However, this is way to important for all of us to read. This resident is trying to identify the wonderful person who stopped and assisted her husband who had falling in the driveway of their home at 292 Andorra near the back gate. The other terrible thing is how several others drove by seeing Larry laying on the driveway and would not stop to help. This is not acceptable.

FUN! This October with the Golf Course Shutdown for reseeding we will bring back the Street Golf Cart Races. We will be testing out all of our new high powered Neutron Golf Carts that are being delivered in early October. These are highly efficient and do not need electricity or gas. The Atoms last for a minimum of ten years. The big issue can be their speed. So for this years race you will need to wear helmets, seat belts, and sign a waiver in case of accidents. This will be a Drag Race in the Main Parking Lot from the Admin Office to the Tennis Courts, two at a time. Plus, before you are allowed to drive you will be prequalified to drive by one of the AAA/AARP Golf Cart Racing Officials that are assigned to these events in the Coachella Valley. They will be on site for testing in the Pavilion at 09:00 on October 3rd. They will be here as judges for the event too. You will be tested and Licensed (If you Pass) and get to see the new Carts. Good Luck, have fun, be safe! Note: When they are in use on the course the speeds will be reduced slightly, but still REALLY AWESOME!

The Lighter Side
Leather
When a woman wears leather clothing, a man's heart beats faster. His throat gets dry. He gets weak in the knees and begins to think irrationally.
Ever wonder why?
She smells like a new truck!
Old man
He was eating lunch at a truck stop when three bikers walked in. The first pushed his cigarette into the old man's pie, then took a seat at the counter.
The second spit in the old man's milk, then took a seat at the counter. The third turned his plate over and then took a seat at the counter.
The old man left without a word. One of the bikers said to the waitress, "Humph, not much of a man is he?"
The waitress replied: "Not much of a truck driver either. He just backed his truck over three motorcycles."
What to do
An elderly couple just bought cellphones and learned how to text. She was the romantic type and one afternoon sent him this message.
"If you are sleeping, send me your dreams.
If you are laughing, send me your smile.
If you are eating, send me a bite.
If you are drinking, send me a sip.
If you are crying, send me your tears. I love you."
The husband texted back to her: "I'm in the bathroom. Please advise."
