Please take note of the calendar in this newsletter on when the meters are going to be read. It is very important that park staff has access to your water meters on that day. Please put away all pets and make sure no gates are locked and nothing is obstructing the path to your water meter on this day.

Independence Day Spectacular The City of Ontario is hosting it’s annual Independence Day Spectacular. 4th of July Reminders Management would like to send out some reminders on some rules to ensure everyone has a fun, but safe Holiday weekend.

• Please remember there are absolutely NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED in the City of Ontario, or in Samoa Village. Please contact the Ontario Police Department and the park office to report any residents using fireworks. This includes “safe & sane” fireworks.

• Alcohol is not permitted in any common area of the property.

• Community quiet time begins at 10:00pm.

4th of July Management would like to wish everyone a safe, happy 4th of July weekend. As a reminder, the park office will be closed on July 3, 2026 in observance of the Holiday. The office will reopen the following Monday for normal business hours.

• Barbecues should be kept a safe distance from home, or anything flammable and charcoal should be disposed of properly.

OC Fair The OC Fair begins on July 17, 2026. Be sure to check online if you’re interested in going.

ONT Field Be sure to check out the newly built ONT Field located at 9375 E Riverside Dr, Ontario, CA 91761 for any exciting games. Visiting their website will give you a list of upcoming games taking place here.

Notes, News & Reminders • Bulky items should not be disposed of in the regular trash bins located throughout the property. They should be disposed of in the bulky item area located at the back of the property. To schedule a time for staff to open the gate for you, please contact the office during normal business hours.

• Community quiet time is from 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please ensure that all noise is kept at a reasonable volume throughout this time.

• Street parking is prohibited. A twenty (20) minute grace period for loading/unloading is permitted. Vehicles using the (20) minute grace period must have emergency hazards on throughout the duration of this time.

After the (20) minutes grace period with hazards on, or vehicles parked on the street without emergency hazards, are subject to be towed away, at vehicle owners’ expense.

• Guest parking is for guest vehicles only. Resident vehicles are not permitted to park in guest parking. Resident vehicles parked in guest parking are subject to be towed away, at vehicle owners’ expense.

• Vehicles parked in driveways must not extend into the street.

• Vehicles driving throughout the property are required to follow all posted traffic signs and drive at a slow & safe speed. Failure to comply can result in not being permitted to drive on property.

• When walking your pets throughout the property, please ensure that they are on a leash while in the common areas of the property and that you use care in cleaning up and disposing of pet excrement.

• Tree trimmings should be placed in the green trash bins only. They should be cut down to avoid over filling.

• Please ensure that nothing is obstructing maintenance from reading your meters. The meter reading day will be posted on the calendar.

• Management encourages residents to report issues they observe throughout the property. Such as lights out, broken sprinklers, neighbors not properly disposing of pet waste etc.

• All pets must be on a pet agreement to reside in the property. Please ensure that you register any pet with the office. Pet requirements are in the rules & regulations. If you have any questions regarding pet requirements/ rules, please feel free to contact the office.

• Before altering anything on the outside of your home, (paint, shed, fence, landscape etc.) you must get permission from the park office.

Pool Rule Reminders With Summer here, management would like to remind everyone of some of the pool rules.

• Anyone under the age of fourteen (14) should be accompanied by an adult.

The adult must be present the entire visit to the pool.

• Alcoholic beverages and/or glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the pool area. Smoking is also prohibited.

• Only manufactured swimwear is permitted in the pool. Anyone observed wearing street clothes will be asked to leave the pool.

• You must have a key to enter the pool area. Anyone observed opening the pool gate for anyone without a key, may be asked to leave the pool.

• Anyone observed jumping over the wall/gate, will be asked to leave the pool area.

• No jumping off the pool furniture into the pool or using the pool cleaning equipment/life preserver as a toy. Balls are not permitted in the pool area.

Only two (2) guests are permitted per space

Air Fryer Pasta Chips Ingredients: -

8oz. rigatoni noodles, cooked al dente and drained 3 tbsp. olive oil, divided 1 tsp. garlic, minced 1 tsp. kosher salt ½ tsp. black pepper ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions: -

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, add cooked noodles. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Toss to coat.

Add the pasta noodles to your air fryer rack/basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Transfer pasta chips to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Mix well.

Pour the oil mixture over the pasta chips & toss to coat.

Top with Parmesan cheese & serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Marinara or garlic sauce work well.

Beef Lo Mein Ingredients: -

8oz lo Mein noodles cooked according to instructions 1 tsp. sesame oil ¼ cup hot boiled water 1 tbsp. beef better than bouillon 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar Olive oil for frying 1 lb. thinly sliced beef 2 large carrots, shredded 2 cups broccoli florets 1 large onion, sliced into 2 inch pieces 4 garlic cloves, minced

Directions: -

-

In a small bowl, whisk together hot boiled water, beef better then bouillon & brown sugar until dissolved. Stir in soy sauce & set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until golden brown, remove & set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onions with a drizzle of oil until golden brown, then remove & set aside.

Add the carrots to the skillet, cooking until slightly softened. Stir in the broccoli & cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

Return the seared beef & onions to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over everything & let simmer for 2 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

Toss the cooked lo mein noodles in, mixing well to evenly coat with the sauce.

Transfer to a large serving dish, give it a final toss & serve.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Ingredients: -

2lbs chicken 12oz. fettuccine pasta 1lb. white mushrooms, thickly sliced 1 small onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 ½ cups half & half ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped, plus more for garnish 1 tsp. salt, plus more for pasta water ¼ tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. olive oil, divided 1 tbsp. unsalted butter

Directions: -

-

Cook pasta in a pot of salted water, according to package instructions, then drain & set aside.

Meanwhile, slice chicken into strips & season all over with salt & pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp. olive oil over medium high heat & sauté chicken until lightly golden & cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan & cover to keep warm.

In the same pan over medium high heat, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil & 1 tbsp. of butter.

Add onion and sauté 3 minutes until soft.

Add sliced mushrooms & sauté until soft (5-7 minutes) stirring frequently. Add garlic & sauté 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

Add half & Half & simmer over medium high heat 8-10 minutes, or until beginning to thicken. Add the chicken back to the pan, add the parsley & season sauce to taste.

Add cooked pasta & stir to combine. Heat another minute until warmed through then turn off the heat, cover & let rest 10-15 minutes. Stir & serve garnished with parsley.
