Our dedication to farm-to-table culinary experiences leads us to uncover the fi nest foods sourced from regional farms, local farmers’ markets and artisanal producers to ensure every meal embodies the unique character of each region and season.

Our menus are designed to off er a variety of choices

Local and regional specialties: We feature authentic cuisine cooked to order. In Italy, indulge in prosciutto di Parma pizza and osso buco Milanese, and in Germany, enjoy Wiener schnitzel and Knödel. Signature Dishes: Wholesome comfort food is designed to soothe your soul and warm your heart, and Mrs. Beatrice Tollman’s Signature Dishes do just that. Be treated to such delicious delights as Bea’s Chicken Soup, sesame fried chicken and the most delicious honeycomb ice cream. Traveling Lite: For those guests who would like a meal that is rich in fl avor but not rich in calories, we have designed a Traveling Lite menu. We also offer a host of vegetarian options. And should you have a special meal preference, we will graciously accommodate your request.

By getting to know your tastes and preferences, we can ensure every meal exceeds even the standards of our most important critic: you. This means whether you like your fi let rare or well-done, have dietary restrictions or like to be a little adventurous, we provide a grand selection of menu items for even the most discerning of palates.

A parade of culinary delights

From sunrise to sunset and into the night, you’ll fi nd a never-ending procession of culinary delights, along with complimentary and unlimited beverages, including an amazing selection of local wines, sparkling wines and champagne; craft beers; premium spirits, such as Johnnie Walker Black, Absolut and Tanqueray; specialty coffees; fi ne teas; and soft drinks. For breakfast and lunch be treated to bountiful buffets, ranging from crisp Belgian waffl es topped with warm maple syrup and made-to-order eggs at breakfast to a selection of fresh salads, homemade soups and carved-to-order roasts at lunch. When evening falls, enjoy fi ne dining with a casual-elegant dress code and open seating.
