Most of the high rise buildings in the city of Jeddah do not have multiple uses, such as buildings with residential and commercial use or use of offices and commercial buildings as well. These buildings are its not a hub building
A building used by it consists of offices and shops, such as the Al-Ahly Building in Jeddah
A building that used to be a residential and commercial building, such as the Al-Farsi building in the Corniche of Jeddah
Mixed - use enclosed walled buildings
The goal is to reach the correct meaning of multi-use buildings that have multiple and varied uses that complement the surrounding urban environment

First, we started dividing the podium and showing it as the center of the project
We clarified the main entrances to the project from the two areas, the front street and the secondary street
The idea of the plaza, let's create public and open places that include various activities and shops to attract visitors and tourists (and for ease of movement inside the plaza, paths were made in the form of kindney human)
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
of residential buildings
The final figure shows the facades of the buildings and the interior plaza, and the realization of the vision in them

In this search, we will focus on understanding qualities that formulate quality Neighbourhood and how we can adapt them in order to make livable neighborhoods and districts
We will study these ideas based on the principles of new urbanism and based on how much change is required to happen in order to implement these ideas into the main plan of the neighborhood.and districts
Concept
The first idea focused on the principle of walking: - where the idea focused on changing the neighborhood in a simple way from the basic shape of the neighborhood, and based on that, a neighborhood was created that greatly helps walking, reduces the use of cars as much as possible, and creates a civilized environment and open spaces that support the idea and be one of the neighborhoods Good and suggested city
The idea also includes creating a social environment by creating open spaces and green spaces.
