performance review process and as part of that process I added a questionnaire about our operation and tried to dive into things that my team: likes, dislikes, what we should do more of, do less of, etc. I told them that there were no right or wrong answers and that I just wanted everyone to be as candid as possible and not worry about hurting anyone’s feelings. We will now come back as a group and talk about these things and see how we can improve as a team even if that means the conversation gets a little out of the comfort zone for all of us. The end goal is to be better and more efficient as a team and provide a better product for the membership here at Edina Country Club.
