1618 W 500 S Crawfordsville, IN 47933
Jim Spencer, interim 765-364-0890 pastor jimspencer40@gmail.com Harvest Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in West-central Indiana (five miles south of Crawfordsville) which averages around 150 each Sunday. The church began in the fall of 1986 and has been served by only two pastors over the last twenty-five years. Harvest operates on consensus, seeking to reach an agreement of elders in all major decisions, while giving the pastor much freedom in following the Lord’s direction. We seek to promote healthy family life in all we do, and encourage individuals to be involved in ministry areas as the Lord leads them. We are looking for a man to be chief shepherd of the flock while not being driven by any specific agenda. We do not attempt to manipulate individuals or the body as a whole and would expect our pastor to do the same. Our church is fairly diverse doctrinally, and although we attempt to be as biblically-based as we can in all things, we do give individuals the freedom to make their own conclusions about those things which have received diverse interpretations throughout church history. We make every effort to be non-judgmental and accepting of those that we disagree with, and to love one another as the Lord commands. 7.5.11

Youth/ Children Leaders/ Brinker Heights Wesleyan Marion, In Volunteers Brian Morton 765-664-1373 btm807@yahoo.com Our youth group is on the smaller side. There are three teens that come consistently for Sunday School. We typically see 4-8 on Sunday nights for youth group. The youth group had been larger in years past, but the move to Sunday nights (as well as other "stuff") saw a big drop in the numbers. I am hoping to interject more students in leading the youth. Seeking their fresh incites and ideas. Our children's ministry runs 50+ most Thursday nights, and we are seeing 6-10 on Sunday mornings for Sunday School and Jr. Church. I have a staff member that will be leading this group (at least that's the plan for now or she will end up back with the youth), but we can always use more help especially during the summer.

We are looking at the possibility of starting a Christian education program at our church. We would like to offer various classes to adults in the church while still having something for our children and youth. However, we have a shortage of people to work with the children and youth. We are wanting to try to start it this fall. They would be starting a program from scratch with very few kids (generally 10 or less) at a wide range of ages. Our primary focus is on our children 5th grade and under. However, if we have students who are interested, we do have a small group of junior/senior high kids that need mentoring and discipleship.
