Becas Daré (Scholarships I Will Give) This has been a year of very much success and it is a pleasure to inform that we have been able to sponsor more than 1080 pupils during these 9 years through the DARÉ Program.

We have associated ourselves with Harvard University, becoming the only educational institution in the state of Jalisco, Mexico in implementing a program named “Pre-Textos” (Pre-Texts) that consists of developing the pleasures related to reading and writing skills and the highest level of critical comprehension and linguistic domain, because on this depends all the school learning abilities.

We have institutionalized the DARÉ Program by which the dreams of some students of finishing their studies became a reality where the economic factor was not an impediment. Many of our graduates have obtained scholarships in universities such as: Universidad Panamericana (UP), TEC de Monterrey, Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG), Universidad de las Américas (UDLAP), Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Universidad de Guadalajara (U de G).

Fundación Vallarta A.C. (Foundation Vallarta A.C.) through the Colegio México Americano (CMA) continues supporting cases of success such as the following ones: AGAPE. A civil association dedicated to safeguard the rights and integrity of young girls that are at risk or in a situation of abandonment, orphanage, poverty, physical and psychological abuse. The Colegio México Americano (CMA) offers a 100% educational scholarship to all the girls who are tended through AGAPE, sponsoring 13 girls in this present school year.

After the devastating earthquake that took place in Haiti in the year 2010, were more than 1.5 million people lost their homes and thousands of others died, more than one thousand Haitian families have received asylum in our country. Fundación Vallarta A.C. in coordination with the Mexican Government, have joined efforts in sponsoring educational scholarships of 100% to these Haitian girls: Foulanca, Jennifer and Leycica Larocque Join us in order that you can become a part of an institution that is transforming lives and forming leaders with a platform of moral values. The Colegio México Americano (CMA) and Cultural Agents of Harvard University in 2012 convert us into the best educational offers in the state of Jalisco. We invite you in order that you may participate with a donation of: ½ scholarship, 1 scholarship, 3 scholarships or 5 scholarships. The Colegio México Americano (CMA) School Board through the DARÉ program has set a goal of sponsoring 60 students in urgent need of support in these Christmas holidays.
