Mettrick's Boneless Turkeys Crowns are an ideal alternative roasting joint, especially when you don't need a full bird. These turkey crowns are taken from stag birds that have a layer of fat under the skin that will prevent the meat from drying out during roasting. Easy to carve and there is very little wastage, a popular choice amongst those that favour breast meat.

Mettrick's beef is sourced directly from a small number of selected farms in the Peak District and Cheshire. We continuously monitor the animals feed, welfare and environment. All our beef is hung for a minimum of four weeks.
We source all our pigs from Packington Free Range who pride themselves in the welfare of their animals. Pork is a fantastic alternative for your Christmas dinner.
