We have grown Metropolis into more than just a hair salon. What has been created is a clean, modern, and elevated work space to provide a comfortable and luxurious beauty experience for anyone to enjoy.

Since 2014, we have been at the vanguard of downtown revitalization and a part of the fast growing Vista District, in Columbia, SC. Inspired by our travels to NYC, and across the world, we wanted to create a studio that was welcoming, yet still very luxurious, where every client is treated to the best experience regardless of their status or income.

Before Your Visit

You'll receive an email reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule. All appointments must be confirmed in order to reserve your spot.

We will also send a text reminder 48 hours, & 2 hours prior to your appointment. Have a question? You can reach us anytime at Info@MetropolisSalonSCcom and we will respond within 24 hours or call us at (803)7645738 to speak with our team.

Through our innovative consultation process, you'll be 100% confident, relaxed, & excited from start to finish.

We encourage you to fill out our NEW CLIENT PRECONSULTATION FORM before your visit. It is a great tool to help us create your dream hair & ensure we ’ re on the same page for your budget & time goals.

We will talk about your past, present, and future hair goals to ensure we create a sustainable plan you absolutely love for years.

Your First Visit

Downtown Columbia is growing & thriving, which we ' re all very excited about.

We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out any necessary forms or information. Arriving late can impact what we have time to achieve in your first visit, and your service may have to be abbreviated.

We'll have you fill out a NEW GUEST form to collect some information and go over our policies before we start your consultation, or if you prefer, you can save time by filling it out in advance using the link above.

We respectfully ask all clients arrive solo to their appointments so that we can maintain our salon environment and atmosphere for all of our guests enjoying services that day.

We suggest our signature Trio of Care to all of our clients: Shampoo, Conditioner, & Heat Protectant. Your stylist will walk you through exactly what steps you'll need to take home to execute the perfect color & style between appointments. We're also happy to provide you this schedule so that you can plan for perfect hair all year long.
