Embark Behavioral Health is a leading network of outpatient clinics and residential treatment programs offering premier mental health treatment for preteens, teens, and young adults. Embark is dedicated to its mission of reversing the trends of teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide by 2028. Hendrick became a partner in designing a series of offices across the country, including locations in the following states: Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Arizona and California.

The Arthur M. Blank Family Office supported the growing Family Foundation by converting 7,000 SF of attic space into office space and renovating 24,000 SF across two floors. This expansion prioritizes collaboration and flexibility, reflecting modern workplace trends. A key highlight was the creation of a vibrant social hub on the fourth floor, featuring modern offices with glass partitions, conference rooms and a double height café and collaboration area designed for casual meetings, shared meals, and diverse workstyles.

Closing down the long running Bottleworks Exhibit, World of Coca-Cola introduced an all-new experience: Beverage Lab - an immersive experience that invites guests to explore the science, creativity, and innovation fueling Coca-Cola’s iconic lineup of drinks. Removing existing glass partitions, conveyor equipment and hundreds of coke bottles, the Bev Lab consists of organic spaces, sensory fueled experiences with projections and opportunies to enjoy various coca cola creations. Solomon Group was the exhibit designer.

Montessori Elementary at Highland Park (MEHP) is a charter institution in one of Chattanooga’s most vibrant and diverse urban neighborhoods. With two floors of various program spanning from shared amenities and individual classrooms, a multipurpose room, a music, dance and arts room, library, assembly space, cafeteria and commercial kitchen with split administrative spaces, the school will house 450 students grades Pre-K through 5th.

The Chattanooga Armory, originally built in 1941, is the Tennessee Army National Guard’s most historic property. A heavy structure made up of primarlity stone and concrete, the restored building provides a fresh stone facade with space for offices, classrooms, conference rooms, break areas, a communications area, and storage space. The TN Flagship offers maximum flexibility to accommodate various staffing configurations while minimizing operations costs.

The Fairpoint Condominiums are situated on a steep knoll in Chattanooga’s North Shore. Residents have panoramic views of the surrounding area. The four-story building, wrapped in slate and aluminum is topped with a fifth-floor roof garden and green space, and contains twenty-four two-bedroom units distributed across three floors. The ground floor also offers two one-bedroom units. Parking for the building is adjacent to and partially under the structure.

Embassy Suites is a beachfront hospitality development in Panama City Beach, Florida. The hotel houses 255 rooms of various types including one room, king, double queen, plus ADA suites. The lobby level includes a large courtyard with a heated pool, a ballroom, meeting rooms, an indoor and outdoor restaurant, bar and fitness center. The 5th floor also hosts an outdoor terrace. The hotel is in walking distance to Pier Park and has unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Embassy Suites is under the Hilton Hotel brand.

Centrepointe, now known as City Center, is a mixed use development in downtown Lexington, KY that consists of a 12-story office tower with 3 stories of condos above it, two hotels that include a 12-story Marriott with 230 rooms and an 8-story Residence Inn with 120 rooms, retail spaces and underground parking garage. The Marriott has a contemporary look while the Residence Inn is more traditional. Both hotels have various guestroom types & sizes.

The Hilton Birmingham is a renovation project near UAB, The University of Alabama Birmingham campus. The full renovation includes architectural, interior, MEP, structural and FFE components. The hotel has a total of 14 floors above grade with a total of 300 guest-rooms. The matrix consisted of 40 different room types. The guestrooms and other public space were upgraded to brand standards. A new restaurant will utilize an unoccupied space.

Save-A-Lot Dodson was a community driven project that involved the rehabilitation of an existing 1950’s masonry building that used to be a local meat market. For years, the local community was a food desert and its inhabitants had to travel far for the nearest food market. The rehab included interior gutting, roof replacement, structural stabilization, MEP and utility replacement, floor upgrades and an interior build-out for the Save-A-Lot store.

2 Sons Kitchen and Market is a restaurant on M.L. King Boulevard. It used reclaimed wood and brick masonry in various ways. The 1st floor houses the order counter, seating, garage door connection to another restaurant, commercial kitchen and an outdoor patio. The 2nd floor dining area has a large floor opening to create a multi-story connection. This design involved core element demolition, shell renovation, and buildout of the historic Kelley Building built in the 1940’s.

TechTown is a tech-educational center located in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga’s Innovation District. The retrofit & relocation effort required programming an existing 20,000 SF facility into a new space less than half the size. Centered on educating kids from ages 7-17 on innovative technology, TechTown focuses on film, robotics, coding, video editing, 3D fabrication, and 3D programs. The new space recreates a vibrant atmosphere by utilizing program more efficiently.
