Booklets C1.1 – C1.8 (Your teacher will advise you which pages of the 1.8 booklet you should revise.)
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY (PROGRAMMING)
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY (MULTIMEDIA)
Unit 4: All topics - Contemporary trends in software development; Digital data; Digital design principles; Programming constructs; Simple error handling techniques; Developing test plans and testing a solution; Evaluation of digitally authored systems against a set of user requirements.
Unit 2: All topics – Designing solutions; Digital development considerations; Multimedia applications; Multimedia authoring; Database development; Significance of testing and developing appropriate test plans; Evaluation of digitally authored systems against a set of user requirements.
DRAMA Pupils will complete a two-hour controlled assessment, in the form of written coursework, on their devised practical performance. This will take place in a computer room which will be noted on their exam timetable. Pupils will need to access their practical work which will be accessible on Google Classroom. Pupils should bring all research completed and any notes that they have written throughout the process.

Geography Unit 1: Wednesday, 13th May (9:15 AM – 10:45 AM).
No internal school examination. Teachers will guide pupils in their revision.

Speaking: Test based on aspects of Context 3 (School and extracurricular activities) covered this term.
Listening: Test in class modelled on past CCEA GCSE Foundation
Listening examination.
Reading: Examination modelled on past CCEA GCSE Foundation

Writing: Examination modelled on past CCEA GCSE Foundation with extended writing based on material covered in Contexts 1 & 3 content.
There will also be grammar exercises based on verbs and translation.

F4 History – revise all the USA 1920-1933 course. Revise topic 1 & 2 of the International Relations course. Please note, take advice from your teacher as some of topic 3 may also be examined.
All GCSE vocabulary. All grammar covered so far. Virgil ‘Hercules and Cacus’ set text.
There will be no summer examination for LLW, but pupils have completed a controlled assessment task and will complete an external examination for Unit 1 - Citizenship on Tuesday 5th May.

The examination is on the Critical Understanding of Creative and Technical Moving Image Production
• Section A. Film language, Genre and Representation
• Section B. Comparative Analysis

Creative Production, Management and Industry Contexts Their examination will be a 1.5 hr. mock online simulation in a computer room.
You will be examined on the Western Classical set works by Handel, Mozart and Berlioz You will also be examined on the Film Music topic including Dambuster’s March, Superman Main Theme, and Young Peter Main Title. There will be an unfamiliar listening section included in the examination. Learn the features and style of each period in music history, the key terms and themes from each booklet, and your ‘Glossary of Terms’. The Form 4 Music examination will take place during class time before the other school exams. Date TBC.

Speaking: Test in class time based on topics covered this term. Based on Themes 1 and 4(Pupils have already been given information on this on Google Classroom at the start of March)
Listening: Test in class time modelled on new GCSE Edexcel GCSE Specification Higher Tier Listening examination. (support vocabulary is posted on GC and given to students)
Reading: Examination modelled on new GCSE Edexcel GCSE Specification Higher Tier. Support vocab on GC. Writing: examination modelled on Edexcel GCSE Specification Higher Tier. Further advice on writing tasks is provided on GC
SPANISH
TECHNOLOGY & DESIGN
• Pupils will complete examinations in 4 skills, based on past paper questions. Each skill is 25%.
• Pupils should revise vocabulary from the topics they have studied this year, from the CCEA prescribed vocabulary list. These include Holidays, Technology, Family and Friends, School and Free Time.
• They should also revise the grammar studied this year, particularly verbs and tenses (present, preterite, imperfect and near future tenses).
Speaking: this will take place at the beginning of May. Class teachers will advise pupils of the date and time. Pupils will complete a role play on the topic of School and a conversation on the topic of Holidays.
Listening: in class sets immediately following the Reading / Writing exam.
Reading: past paper questions, including translation from Spanish into English, covering topics studied in F4.
Writing: three questions including short answers, translation from English into Spanish, and extended writing, covering the topics studied in F4.
Pupils will sit the external GCSE Unit 1 examination on the 28th May 2026.
