Stability Barrels offer all the functionality of a traditional Pilates Arc Barrel, plus the added benefit of use in the inverted position. An essential tool for aligning and mobilizing the spine, Stability Barrels improve posture and develop balance and control.

Our family of Stability Barrels equip fitness and health care professionals with a myriad of options for exercise and treatment modifications. The curved surfaces of the Stability Barrel and Stability Barrel Lite provide padded support for the body in prone, supine or side-lying positions, while the base provides a flat platform with a durable padded surface that facilitates exercises focusing on balance and stability. Barrels can support a variety of users depending on torso size, flexibility, and exercise choice.

Professionals can enhance their knowledge through specific courses and workshops that provide further education and exercise protocols for using barrels.
