What’s an “official” transcript? A transcript is considered official when stamped with the official school seal, signed by the appropriate school official and received in a sealed envelope. Faxed or student-issued transcripts are not considered official and cannot be accepted.
TRANSFERRING CREDITS
You’ll be pleased to know you can transfer credit hours from another school to Mercy College. After all — you’ve earned them! Potential transfer credits: 68 hours from 2-year school 90 hours from 4-year school Grades A through C: Transferrable Grades C- through F: Non-transferrable Note: Transfer credits must be from courses similar in content and length to Mercy College courses, and transfer students must complete the same degree requirements as current Mercy College students.
