NEWS RELEASE MERCURY NZ LIMITED - RESULTS OF 2022 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING At Mercury’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held in Auckland and via a virtual meeting on Thursday, 22 September 2022, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: • • •

That James Miller be re-elected as a director; That Lorraine Witten be elected as a director; and That Susan Peterson be elected as a director.
