Hi Kids, Rockey the Redbird here again! Can you believe July is already here? It seems like it was just yesterday that the Redbirds were taking on the St. Louis Cardinals to kick off the season. Don’t miss any of the action as the summer fun continues at AutoZone Park with Christmas in July, Star Wars Night, and plenty of giveaways for you to take home.
CHRISTMAS IN JULY Why wait until December? Jingle all the way to AutoZone Park for "Christmas in July“ on Saturday, July 25! The Redbirds will be wearing a festive, special-edition, Christmas-themed jersey that night. Wear those ugly sweaters as you watch the Redbirds take on the Iowa Cubs. Have your parents call Lauren Swain at 901-722-0284 to get your Redbirds Ornament by purchasing a specialty theme ticket.
STAR WARS NIGHT “Come to AutoZone Park, you must,” says Rockey’s Jedi Master, Yoda. Come dressed as your favorite Jedi or Sith on Monday, July 27 and watch your favorite team conclude the series against the Iowa Cubs. Remember to bring your cameras and be ready to take picture with all your favorite Star Wars characters as roam AutoZone Park all night long. Parents can purchase tickets by calling Eric Kohler at 901-722-0286. May the force be with you! This month we have two Sunday games: • July 12 at 1:35 PM • July 26 at 6:05 PM I hope to see all of you for some FREE Prairie Farms Ice Cream before the game and make sure to stick around for post-game Kids Run the Bases!
