Rehab in Nature
Drug Rehabilitation Center
Stage 1
The whole design is based on the concept of Nature and its healing effects. The location and the context of the site emphasise this idea as well as the security and privacy aspects which have to be taken into consideration when designing a drug rehab. The project is divided into 3 healing stages each with its healing garden and with a certain design criteria. A clinical spine in the middle connects all the three stages and separate them at the same time.

Cancer Medical Centre
The main concept behind this design is to make the cancer patient feel at home not trapped in a hospital, since it’s a long term stay. It creates a pleasant environment through the benefit of the Nile view from three directions, the variety in it’s masses, the amount of greenery and healing gardens it has, and the use of the monorail as an environmentally friendly method of transportation.
This design centers around a main pedestrian walkway that acts as a spine to which all other spaces are connected. View also plays a crucial role in the design where the clusters are leveled and designed to ensure maximum optimization of the view.
